+ -1 moreBob Watts is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with. We used him to buy our new house and sell our old house. This last transaction was a particularly tough listing but Bob did not give up or show any signs of being discouraged. I highly recommend him for buying or selling your next house.

Description of Work: Bob Watts served as our realtor, both while he was an agent with an agency; and, then after he started his own company we remained a client of his. He assisted us in finding the home of our choice in the Old Northeast, a project which took the better part of two years. He was unfailingly prompt for all of our appointments, and always was prepared with information about listings and news of the area. His attitude of confidence that we would, indeed, find the "right place for us" was always welcome, particularly at times of discouragement over the long period we looked. Bob's knowledge of the area - not only generally, but of individual homes - never failed to impress. His knowledge of market trends, as well as financing and mortgage situations is formidable as well. We recommend him enthusiatically and without reservation.

+ -1 moreCheryl has lived in St Petersburg, FL since the early 70's so she was very helpful when it came to answering questions about the area. She has been a realtor for almost a decade, and works at it full-time, so she has lots of experience and can provide instant, accurate information. She has a very positive, up-beat attitude and made looking at houses fun and gave us plenty of options to consider. Although I now know she had quite of bit of activity going on, she always made us feel like all of her attention was on helping us find the right home. She kept track of all of the details and kept the process moving forward without a hitch. One advantage of using Cheryl as a realtor was that she could recommend quality contacts for all of the miscellaneous services we needed to make our move a success. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in St Petersburg.
Description of Work: Cheryl Greenwood, a realtor at this company, assisted my husband and I with our move from Pittsburgh, PA to the Old Northeast section of St Petersburg. Cheryl responded to us very rapidly when we were in town for the weekend and decided to start looking at homes right away. Cheryl handled the entire transaction from start to finish and supported us with mutiple follow-up details. The dollar value for the transaction is set at $0 because we were purchasing the property and the seller paid the commission.
