+ -1 moreI have been using them since December. They had to do some additional work of replacing the filter system. They just go out of their way to make sure that I am happy and everything is right. The pool looks better and all that so that's definitely high praise to the. The technician is really patient with me and all my questions and everything. He makes sure I am happy before he leaves each week.
Description of Work: I have an ongoing pool service with Tyrone Discount Pool Supplies.

+ -1 moreIt was fine for a while but then owners changed and the new owner (all I can recall is that he is British) and I had a discrepancy about my bill. I had to make several trips down there after many phone calls and show them them my cancelled checks. His employee was insulting, even with proof in front of him and finally had to adjust my final bill by saying "o.k. what do YOU say you owe?" I explained that I was not trying to get out of anything. It WAS what I owed. He slammed things, spoke rudely and wasted my time. I can't go past Tyrone discount Pool without getting annoyed at their lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: I had weekly chemical service perforned.
