Time Insulation

Very well and it didn't take long at all. The men were courteous and professional . No mess to clean up.

The work itself went fine. What made this such a bad experience was the poor customer service. I have NEVER received such poor customer service! I was referred to them from another company. My major issue with them was they removed all my insulation in the middle of the summer and it took them 11 days to come back add and blow new insulation causing my house to be extremely uncomfortable and my air ran the entire time causing my electric bill to be ridiculously high. I called the office manager 4 times before I received a call back to discuss my problem with the time frame. Evidently, there was a "miscommunication" between the sales person and the office manager. Instead of accepting the fact that their company screwed up, the office manager blamed the other company for how this was handled. I specifically asked if this other company did their scheduling and the answer was no and they do their own scheduling. I understand that there will be things that go awry when doing business. I don't understand 1) not taking ownership of your mistakes and 2) trying to shift blame to someone else. The office manager blamed the sales person for the reason she didn't call me back the first 3 times I tried to reach her and then blamed the 3rd party company for the miscommunication. I tried discussing this with the office manager and her only response was it was not their problem. I was told to take it up with the 3rd party (that has nothing to do with scheduling). I would NEVER recommend this company as my experience with them was HORRIFIC! If you don't like the work or schedule, it is your problem and certainly NOT Time Insulations. They don't make mistakes!

They arrived early, blew in the insulation, clean everything well and were gone in 30 minutes.

Sal and Andrew were excellent! We have a vaulted ceiling in our living room. One of the bathrooms is on the other side. So Sal had to crawl over the hump to get to the spot. He came out of that attic drenched. (this is July in Florida) But, no complaints, in fact he was proud he could get it done. He and Andrew are who you want to do your house.

As a follow on to a Duke Energy audit of our home, additional insulation was blown in over the ceiling of the living space to bring the total value to R-35. A crew of two performed the work. Access to the ceiling space was through the garage ceiling. The process did not take more than about 1 hour. The garage and driveway was satisfactorily cleaned with a leaf blower. (It's really hard to clean up ALL of that loose cellulose once you blow it around!) We qualified for a Duke Energy discount and a senior discount. The original quoted price started at $656 before the discounts. I called other installers and the Time price per square foot quote was about the best. We were very pleased with the installation. We have the summer to cooling season to go through yet, but I think I already see a marked difference in that the AC unit works less to keep the house cool now.

Company came out on 6/1/16 Tech was too large to fit past A. C. duct work. He apologized and rescheduled for 6/4/16. Much smaller Teach (Sal) came out and was able to complete the job. Sal was excellent!

I used Time because they were on the approved list from Duke energy when they did our house energy survey and had a good Angie's List rating and there was a $200 discount from Duke. We were completely satisfied with this company. They were easy to work with, flexible in their scheduling, and professional doing the work. Andrew and Andrew were on time, courteous, and thorough. They cleaned up afterwards so when they left you didn't know they had been there. Great price, great job.

Brandon & Jim were on-time, reasonably priced and accepted our energy rebate. No mess was left in the house.

They did a great job with our attic insulation. Andrew was our installer and both he and the other gentleman who helped were both courteous, friendly and professional. They also honored our Duke Energy rebate. No hassles - great job!

The 3 young men did a great job. They were friendly, courteous and very efficient.

They came out a month ago and gave us a quote. They also walked us thru the process of contacting Duke power to get an energy assessment and duct repair before we added the insulation. After that was done they returned and added the insulation. No problems

Company was recommended by friend. Estimator was prompt, gave good details and thoroughly explained procedure for obtaining rebate call back was received prior to visit day and again, rebate information (procedure) was given. And installer were polite, efficient and cleaned up.

I first received an estimate from time that almost 2 years ago but due to a # of modification I needed to do 1st, the project was delayed the entire time, everyone was very perfect and professional and the 2 guys that showed up arrived on the ? and did an outstanding job-wonderful personality Kim (office manager) was efficient and I found the entire experience with this company to be outstanding. I highly recommend them I wish more companies were wonderful as .

Called day before for window of arrival on day of work. Called that day as were running early 2 people did the job in an hour and cleaned up very well.
