Time Insulation

They were in and out in no time. And very neat.

They were on time, did their work, reasonably price.

They were here when they said, reviewed and did the insulating. They explained what the job was and cleaned up when they were done.

The work was fine and I plan use them for new insulation.

2 Technicians arrived on time, set up equipment, reviewed project, explained situation and began work. Finished, cleaned up and departed.

On time, reasonably priced, very personable on phone and in estimating, scheduling. Professional & efficient.

From Vaughn Reed's estimate through the whole process was "seamless" from start to finish was "well - done" throughout.

Wonderful! They were quick, professional, cheap, and accepted the $200 discount from Duke Energy.

They arrived on time and were very efficient and cordial. $220 + Duke Power $200 = 420.

First I would like to say anyone who has had a bad experience with calling in to this place must of had really bad luck. I had several calls back and and forth and each one was professional and all my questions were answered and with out any kind of grief. There was some schedule changes but I was contacted well in advance and as an understanding person I was flexible and so were they. This was only in regards to the estimate. Once we scheduled the actual work everything went smoothly. I was called the night prior and provided my 2 hour window. The window was 12pm - 2pm . The truck showed up dead on noon. Your results may vary hence the window. They came in inspected the ceiling for holes and other abnormalities and then provided to spray in the insulation. It took about 30 minutes or so for them to complete the process. In regards to pricing. The house was aprox 1400 squar and that was before rebate from the power company.

Call answered quickly. Took discount info over phone - did not need actual "coupon", arrived 1/2 hr. per given time frame. Polite, helpful, professional.

Time Insulation was recommended by the electric company after free energy check. They were professional, courteous, on time, did a good job.

When the company rep arrived his interaction with me was not "normal" either very sick or impaired. I called the company & spoke to a "manager" who was extremely rude to me when I expressed my concern & asked for someone to inspect the work. I would never recommend this company.

It went very well. I was very pleased with the initial contact as well. I would refer them to others.

I decided to go with Time because of the Duke Energy rebate and their track record on Angie's list. The salesperson was nice and professional and offered me several options for my insulation needs. When I called to schedule an appointment, the older woman on the phone, I believe her name was Tammy, was very short with me about being overbooked (no doubt due to the Duke Energy affiliation) and that I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Since I was doing other work in the house I was willing to wait. Tammy then called me back a few days later because they realized an error in my scheduling, that I would need 2 appointments; one for the removal and one for the install. Tammy made it seem like it was my error for not being clear about what I selected but I wanted the work done so I dealt with it and scheduled the 2nd appointment. I was told that I would be given a 2 hour window for arrival the day before. I received a reminder message call but no window. I'm not living in the house yet so I called early in the morning to find out a window and was told I was wrong and that I was called. Then Tammy realized her mistake and stated that they don't give time frame windows for removal, only installs. I explained that they'd have to call me before they arrived because I didn't live in the house and she became increasing short with me about my lack of communicating this earlier and she would call me back and hung up. I didn't receive a call back until the workers called stating they had arrived at my house. They were professional and unfortunately believed they might have found asbestos so they couldn't continue with the work until it was resolved. I asked what next and they pretty much stated that I was on my own and that the official position of the company is for me to find my own embankment company to remove before rescheduling the work. When I called as a courtesy to relay what had happened to the office, I received, you guessed it, more rude treatment from Tammy who cut me off and stated my file on hold until I resolved the issue. No offer to provide referral information or to help resolve. I will not be calling back to reschedule.

Fine. Our only issue was that they scheduled us for a certain date but forgot to put us on their calendar. They reschedule us and the service was good.

Fine, but was coughing for days and headaches from smell and stuff got in our home through door..

Very good. I was surprised it smelled a bit after it was done...it still smells after 24 hours but is disappating. My main complaint was no one told us this beforehand...so I had to go all over google to see if it was common. Both personnel were congenial and knew what they were doing, and cleaned up after they finished.

THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY. THE EMPLOYEES/WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AS SCHEDULED + WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

The sales person was nice and on time and seemed honest and knowledgeable. The office people are a different story. When I called to confirm my window of time they could not find my order and the women acted like it was my fault. She said she would call be back and she didn't. When I called back a couple of hours later she said she would call me back in the afternoon. They scheduled me another time slot. They gave me a 3 to 5 time slot and the vendors did not get there until after 6.

Sales person did good job, office person did a great job setting up appt. Instaulers were the best. Problem office did not keep me informed about delays of apt on day of installation. 4 hrs past the time of appointment

The gentleman arrived on time and was also very friendly and professional. We've been in our home 15 years and figured our insulation rating was going to be extremely low however it was determined that our rating was pretty good and he didn't think we needed additional insulation. He recommended that we contact Duke Energy to ask about additional rebates for a duct seal test, windows and a new AC unit since they're pretty old. I really appreciate him being forthright and honest. It would've been so easy to take advantage of the situation considering the age of our home and the length of time it's been since the insulation was installed. I highly recommend Time Insulation due to their integrity, professionalism and great customer service. If we ever have insulation needs in the future we will definitely be calling Time Insulation to handle the job!

Time was great. Cleaned out problem, put in insulation...and even made sure to work with me to get a rebate from my utility company!

Time Insulation was scheduled to go to my property on 4/12 to perform an estimate. They did not show up. When I called for the estimate they gave me excuses that they had scheduled incorrectly and that they could not send someone until 4/17. I let the older woman doing the scheduling know that this wasted days of my valuable time on this project where I could have been working with another company and I needed completed sooner as originally quoted. The woman told me no and hung up on me. Very unprofessional in missing the appointment and the lack of handling of their scheduling mistake.
