Time Insulation

The customer service rep I spoke with on the phone for the initial quote, and then scheduling, was very polite. Easy to work with. The crew was here on time, friendly, worked fast. They blew insulation into the attic to bring it up to code. Very pleased with this company.

Great job. I called Time Insulation, discussed our options and scheduled the install for July 24. Based on my research, I chose to have cellulose insulation blown into my attic. We access our attic often and thought it was the right choice over fiberglass insulation. The guys showed up right on time and got to work immediately. Everything went well and I did not experience any dust or odors that others seem to have experienced with cellulose insulation. We have used Time Insulation in the past and I will continue using them for future needs.

Time Insulation is top notch. Bill came out a few days after I called them and explained my options and rebates available. I got four total estimates, and all were in the same ball park, but I had the best experience with TIME (Courteous phone calls and Bill was great.) I called Monday and they were able to schedule service on Wednesday. I could not do that time, so we scheduled the following Monday. They called me Friday and told me the crew would be out Monday between 2 and 4pm. Gary and Dave showed up at 2:30, and after a few minutes of assessing the Job, they went to work. Both were courteous and professional. They completed the work very quickly and cleaned up the work area before they left. The whole experience was great! I would recommend Time Insulation for any insulation needs.

Vaughn came out to look at attic as I have 3 skylights and a Boston gable hip roof that has limited access. He left his cell number and I did call him for discussion. He was polite and professional and after 3 other estimates we went with time insulation as they were the most thorough. The crew showed up on time and laid down plastic and even laid cardboard down under their truck for oil spills on my driveway. Did a very thorough job and concentrated on my problem rooms that typically get hot. Cleaned up completely and even adjusted the bill for duke energy rebate on the spot. Did a great job from the office staff, Vaughn the estimator and the crew who did the work. Great work reasonable price and great service.

I had a quote from them and they showed up. They haven’t done as yet as all I got was a bid. They showed up and gave me a decent price. The installer was very knowledgeable. He is one of those guys were you look at something and just tell how tall it is and he was like that. He looked at everything and after three minutes I had a quote. He was early and I was late.

Crew was punctual and professional, proceeded to do very fast work. Since this is my first experience with blown in insulation, I did not know what to expect. The process was a bit messy and dusty, even though they did take measures to control it as much as possible. However, it did produce lots of dust and remnants that they attempted to clean up, but did not seem to have vacuums to clean up the small stuff afterwards. I had to spend the better part of a day cleaning up the house afterwards, due to escaped blown-in cellulose. Not a serious issue, but just unexpected. All in all, the experience was good, just wish that had a house cleaner to come in afterwards to just tidy up a bit. P.S. I am an Angies List member in Atlanta, GA, but have purchased a house in St. Petersburg, Florida. The services were performed on my St. Petersburg house location. The company was referred to me by my HVAC company, Bay, Heating and Air Conditioning, after they had installed new A/C ducts. Bay is also Angies List, that is how I found them. Time Insulation told me about the local power utility rebate program, and told me how to apply, which resulted in a $100 rebate off of my total insulation installation bill.

Came when they contracted. Introduced themselves - did their job and left. Completely satisfied.

They were very polite. Extremely experienced. They knew what they were doing. They did clean work and clean work and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall everything went quite well. Reggie and James were very courteous, friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail during the process, and accomplished their job in a timely fashion.

The service guy was very professional. He arrived when stated, explained what would be done, accomplished the task and then went over everything again.

The young men who showed up were very professional, took out equipment and proceeded to do their job. When thru I inspected the work they had done and was not satisfied with the coverage I had expected. When questioned they brought out contract and stated they had done work to the contract. Upon review they had complied with the contract. What the sales person who wrote the contract did not say or explain was that the area of the garage (while currently insulated) wa not included in contract and that area in garage which we intend to make into craft room was not included. I was not satisfied whit the way they blew insulation around the duct work also. When I talked with the office person I felt that they would be happy to complete the work for an extra charge, I asked for the salesperson to contact me but 30 days later that has not happened. I will comple the rest of the work myself and do not recommend this company,

Great. Time Installation is always professional and timely. Always clean up after and always very friendly.

The workers showed up early, which is always a plus for us. They installed the insulation very professionally. Our house has been great since the new insulation. Before, during the colder weather, the house would drop below 60, but now the house hasn't dropped below 74. I would definitely recommend Time Insulation!

Two clean and polite employees came on time. They started and completed the work in about 2 to 3 hours. They completed the paperwork and left.

They provided plastic sheets to cover the laundry area near the attic access and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend them to other members.
