Time Insulation

They were lower priced than the first company I spoke to. Unlike the other company, Time insulation sent out somebody to give an accurate estimate which was $200 less than the company that gave me one over the phone. The first group of guys came out and performed the job pretty quickly. They blew in cellulose insulation and added a bat of fiberglass over the hallway access. They did a good job. I was still experiencing some heat coming through the kitchen cabinets. I contacted them and they sent somebody out to take some temperature readings. A week later they sent somebody out to stuff the affected wall cavity with fiberglass insulation. Overall I am pleased and will definitely recommend to anybody I know that needs insulation.

They gave good communication as to when they would be there. They arrived on time and performed in a timely manner. They honored my Duke Energy incentive.

We had duke energy come and do a review of our house and give us recommendations on what changes we could make to help lower our electric bill. We did a few of their changes and one was insulation. With insulation we were allowed to pick our company and we went with time insulation because they had good reviews on angies list. They were easy to deal with on the phone, the guys were nice that came to do the work. They kept the house clean and did a good job. Out of all the work we had done through Duke energy's companies, this was the only one that did a great job and we did not have to keep calling back to finish the work.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Performed the job very efficiently.

The office person called to see about setting an appointment to get someone there. I said my work schedule is M-f util 5 pm and that I could arrange a day to be home by 4 pm and that the next couple if weeks I was in training until 5 pm and the response was I guess we are is not company for you then I am glad this company can just turn business away. I wonder if the owner knows the office staff is turning future business away.

They came did their job in a professional manner, cleaned up and done in under an hour.

I took advantage of Duke Energy offering a free home energy check program. After my home was inspected I was told my attic insulation was only R11 and needed to be R19 to be in code. I was given a list of providers they use to get the discount. I then went online to see if any of them were with Angie's list. After reading reviews of those that were I selected Time Insulation. I called and spoke with a young lady who after giving her my information and the footage of my home 1333 SF gave me a price for R30 which I had already decided was what I wanted go with. Some one called me the night before and gave a window of time when they would arrive. Upon arriving they checked my ceilings and where my ceiling lights were. I have two openings to the attic, they were hoping to use only the one in the hallway but found after inspection that they would have to use both. They took the time to cover the furniture in the room that had one of the entrances but with the front door having to be open for the tubing coming from the truck and into the ceiling there was dust being blown back into the house that could not be avoided. The cost after a $100.00 discount from Duke Energy was $273.00. Thank you Angie for your service and thank you Time Insulation for the service I received from the person I spoke with by phone to the two gentlemen who did the actual work.

Time Insulation upgraded both of our homes from R19 to R30 insulation and they were extremely accommodating. Which made it painless and it was extremely affordable.

Arrived when scheduled. Listened to my concerns and did an excellent job.

On time, clean and efficient

They didn't do a bad job but they did leave a mess. I had to wipe the dirty hand prints off the walls and attic accesses as well as vacuum up the insulation that was dropped on the floor. Furthermore, they couldn't come out for 3 weeks and then called the day before and said they'd be out between 10 and noon. Not really convenient to take a whole day off of work for a 1 hour job.

Time Insulation has no respect for men who serve in Law Enforcement and work 3rd shift. I asked for an afternoon appointment, and Time refused. The female receptionist said they would only come out early in the morning. That is shameful. I need to find an insulation company who has better customer service, and a stronger desire to collect my money. Afternoons only please.

I was on the hunt to have a company come out and blow insulation into my attic. I knew that since I had a hip roof with very little space and no access that it wouldn't be an easy task to complete. I called Duke Energy and they provided me with a list of authorized providers. I called up several of the companies and arranged for them to come out and provide me with an estimate for services. After meeting with several of them I was starting to get discouraged. They were all telling me that I would either have to completely remove my ceiling or roof and it would still cost me almost a $1,000 to have the insulation installed. I almost gave up and canceled my appointment with Time Insulation, because I figured it was going to be some more of the same news. I am glad that I decided to keep the appointment and see what they had to say. The gentleman came out to the house and looked around. He started to say "Well...." and I remember thinking that it was going to be the same response as the other companies. But he continued to state that "Well I can do it without a problem, but we will need a couple access points in the ceiling cut." He really shocked me with that statement. We continued to talk and I found out that the machine could blew insulation ten feet, so I only ended up needing to cut three access holes. They were able to blew in insulation to all parts of my house. Now my Air Conditioner has gone from not being able to go below 80 degrees in the afternoon to now getting down to 74 degrees. It has made the world of difference. With the amount of money I am going to save on my electric bill I am estimating that the service will pay for itself in three months. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They are friendly, fair, and punctual.

They came out and gave us an estimate, which was very fair. Very qualified in their decision making. They were very knowledgeable. Came out, did their job well and quickly. Cleaned up their mess. They were a joy to have.

The complete process from start to finish was a breeze. The gentleman (Vaughn) that came out to give me the estimate was courteous and knowledgeable. At no time did he try to upsell me. Matter of fact, I had obtained a previous estimate at three times the cost but Vaughn assured me that all the work listed on that estimate was not necessary. The repairman that did the work was just as courteous. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and feel quite comfortable referring Time Insulation to everyone.

Whole process was outstanding. Person that came out to give quote was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of info to make decisions. He didn't try to up-sell but only what we should get installed. Helpful on information for the energy credit from the electrical company. Scheduling was a breeze and they followed up with a call one day before the installation to provide a time window. Installers were very friendly, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Perfect!

They were on time, a little early. Explained the process. Were careful of interior of home. The initial call to comany was ans. by Lisa G. She was reason I choose them. She was so knowledgable.

Gave a bid over the phone, and they were able to come out later that same week. Very professional and nice; good job cleaning up. With the $200 credit I had received from TECO, it wound up costing me $127 out of pocket. The price was only $11 more than other company I had called for a bid, but I went with Time because they were able to do the job when I needed it to be done. Their workers were right on time.

It went excellent. They were timely, came when they said they would, did the job in the planned time, and cleaned up after themselves.

From initial call to completion it was great. Person that answered the phone gave me all the information needed to receive an energy rebate. Sales person that came to house was knowledgeable and made sure I knew to contact our energy provider. Installlers showed up on time and completed the job quickly and made sure to clean up after themselves. Because Time is partnered with Duke Energy Program, they are able to give you the rebate up front and they seek reimbursement from the energy company.

The service was performed professionally.
