Time Insulation

Jamal C. & his helper from Time Insulation arrived promptly within appointment window. Both workers were polite, respectful, professional and pleasant to deal with during the entire visit. Jamal explained what they were going to do and how they could protect my home. The job took 50 minutes. They cleaned up their work area completely. Jamal presented me with invoice & all paperwork at end of job. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them! Also, they took my TECO rebate - the job only cost me $2!!

I selected this company based on Angieslist reviews and based on the good experience a neighbor had. Unfortunately the crew they sent to do my job was incompetent. They arrived on time but with a very bad attitude and complaining about being tired. They did not do any prep work (tape, plastic sheeting) to ensure that there would be no mess in my home (even though the crew my neighbor had, a different crew, did in fact do this prep work). While the work was going on I had no idea what they were doing as they did not communicate and the insulation smelled so bad I had to go sit in my car. As I was sitting in the car, I observed that the hose that blows insulation in to my house from their truck sprang a leak and insulation went all over my front yard and the front of my house due to the fact that my door was open. When I went inside there was a thick layer of insulation dust all over my house and insulation debris all over. The crew did nothing to clean it up. In fact they acted like it never happened. After they left I was so angry that I had to spend the next three hours cleaning up this mess. The next week I called the office to complain about the job they did and no one bothered to return my calls.

They did a great job ... very nice men. I recommend.

Scheduled between 12-2 Arrived 3:30. Once here the guys did a great job.

Removed old blown and batted insulation due to rat and roach infestation. Sanitized attic. Installed new blown-in cellulose insulation that is more rat/roach deterrent. Crew was courteous, cleaned up after job was done, and on-time.

Time Insulation is an extremely reliable company and is extremely easy to work with. I've used them multiple times on numerous houses and have found them to be very professional and carry themselves with the utmost integrity. Everyone that I've interacted with at Time Insulation has been a pleasure. It's actually nice to be able to find a contractor that does what they say they're going to do and that I can call each and every time without having to deal with the typical headaches of hiring a contractor. I highly recommend them to be your one call for insulation!

Excellent company! It was very easy throughout the entire process. When I called to schedule a quote the woman that answered the phone was very polite. The gentleman that came out to provide the quote was on time, and provided the quote immediately. We went ahead and scheduled with them. This past Thursday two technicians came out to install. They were pleasant and fast. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Estimate was provided promptly and scheduling was no problem. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and I particularly appreciated the office staff advising of the possibility for efficiency rebates from the electric company for qualifying work done. On the date of installation, the crew arrived on time and completed the job promptly with no issues; insuring the work site was left clean. Well done all around.

Went great, the estimate was on time. The price was fair and the installation was smooth. They guided me through the $100.00 rebate process to save me money.

Called and set up an appointment; technician came out and gave a price which I agreed to. He gave me a date for installation, said the office would call to confirm and give a two hour time frame, which they did. The installers arrived within that time frame. Upon completion, they cleaned up the job site. Asked if I wanted to go up and inspect it - since I don't climb ladders I declined. When representatives from our A/C company and Duke Energy came they both stated it was a good job.

Scheduling the estimate appointment was easy and efficient. The estimator was courteous and professional and explained all the details related to the TECO certificate which reduced the price of the service by $350. The installation appointment was made at the same time and the day before, they gave us a two hour window for arrival of the installers. Though they arrived later than the two hour window, it was only about 15 minutes. The installers check the ceilings for any cracks, etc. and immediately began to blow in the insulation. The job took about an hour and a half. They cleaned up any insulation debris and handled the paperwork, payment, warranty, etc. very professionally. I would use Time Insulation again in the future.

I called for an estimate about 2 weeks ago and they came out within 5 days. The estimate was explained to me and I called to set an appointment for adding insulation above a new ceiling area that had none and adding more to areas with only R-11. My home is about 2000 sf., built around 1960. Loose insulation was also added to an outside wall that had little (or compacted down) The difference in (temperature) comfort was felt immediately. The company was very professional and finished the job in under 2 hours. I would use them again.

Easy to make an appointment. Estimator showed up on time, and he gave me info. about getting an energy audit so that we could get a nice discount. Techs showed up on time also, and were fast, efficient and congenial. My experience with this company is as good as it gets.

This the only company that physically came out to give an estimate. They were timely and efficient from beginning to end.

From when I first contacted Time Insulation they where professional I had TECO come out and do a energy audit and they recommend I get R-19 insulation blown into my attic. Time was one of the company's that was on the list that I could choose I went and looked on here to see which company I should choose and Time was the only that had a sufficient enough good reviews for me to choose. When I called to set up appointment I let them know what I needed and that TECO had told me to call and let them know I needed insulation blown into my attic. They let me know they had two types of insulations regular fiberglass and Cellulose in R-19. They recommended the Cellulose and said it was better and cost less than the fiberglass so I went with that. Before the rebate it cost 322.00 and after the TECO rebate it was 122.00 for a 1150 sq ft home. They did not make it in the time slot that was provided but once the guys got here they explained that they had to unload and reload their truck in the morning before they could start jobs. The CS people should take that into consideration when scheduling appointments first thing in the morning. They completeed the job quickly and did a good job I will get up in the attic to check it out on the weekend. Very professional definitely recommend Time Insolation to anyone who needs insulation work done.

They did a fine job, but I cannot get up into the attic, so I have to take their word for it. The price was much more reasonable than another company for the same infused insulation.

Came out first time with a paper product that they decided would not work well with the lights we has so they gave us alternatives and we opted for the fiberglass. They were professional and on time both visits and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

The only insulation company that physically came out to verify phone quotes, they were quick to schedule, very knowledgeable and everyone was very professional. Great work.
