Robert Stanford was so incredibly thorough. Rushing to meet him after work, he had already completed the inspection, but he still walked me through every single problem he found, big and small. It was a lot of information to take in, but his written report was easy to understand and he also explained how to proceed in fixing the problems. As newlyweds and first time home buyers, he saved us from pouring what little savings we have into a money pit. We will definitely be using him for the next house we pursue.

Geoff Clark was our inspector. He found asbestos in the attic, but missed leaks in the roof which stained our ceilings, leaks under the vanities in the bathroom. We had to have our septic lines cleared out twice. In short, he seemed professional, but he really didn't do a thorough job.

I requested Robert Stanford he gave the most thorough home inspection I have ever seen. I had complete confidence in everything he reported.

It was pouring rain, but they still managed to get everything full inspected and documented (pictures and everything, including the roof). They were very professional and when it came time for the home re-inspection, the price came down drastically, but the quality of service remained the same. I would highly recommend Geoff for any home purchase inspection needs.

Very well. They had 3 employees on site for about 2 1/2 hours. They completed the report and e mailed it to me right away. I would recommend them highly and would use them again and did use them again for the 4 point and wind mitigation report.

Geoff showed up on time (actually early) and went through the house, inside and out, and did a thorough home inspection. He took the time to show us, as he went around, everything that he noticed. Along with the visible help he provided in showing us everything, he took multiple pictures and notes. He also provided recommendations not only at the issues present, but also at known and quot;problem areasand quot; or items that could become problems later on down the road. At the end of the inspection, Geoff took the time to go over the highlights again and make sure to answer any questions we might have. Shortly thereafter, we received our home inspection report, and it only continued to highlight their professionalism and expertise in doing Home Inspections. The report was done with exactly the same completeness as been done on the visit. There were detailed descriptions, photos, and notes. It provided us with precisely what we needed to make an informed decision on whether to purchase the home. In fact, we are using that same report (and recommendations) to get our NEW home into perfect shape. We cannot recommend them enough if you want a and quot;realand quot; home inspection done, not just a point and click report builder like you get from others.

Not thorough at all, wanted to do entire inspection in 1 hour. As a result of their poor inspection I am now responsible for $10,000 worth of mold damage. I brought in a licensed mold inspector and asked if this was something that the Bender and Thompson should have noticed, without any hesitation he answered YES. He explained that the horizontal cracks between the base board and the dry wall was mold pushing out the base board. Thompson and Bender advised this was a minor issue; it was old caulk that needed to be replaced. If they missed something so obvious, what else did they miss / misdiagnose? Don't trust your home inspection to this company; you're better off finding someone else.

Geoff performed a thorough inspection of the home, (which we later purchased). He then walked us through the inside and the outside of the house, pointing out the various problem areas that needed to be addressed. The house had been vacant for nearly 3 years, so there were a lot of maintenance issues. We were overwhelmed by the number of problems that the house had, but Geoff assured us that the house was in good shape, considering the amount of time that it had been vacant. He emailed us his report the day after he completed the inspection. It was very detailed and included pictures of the items that needed to be repaired. We have been using the report as a check list to make sure that everything gets repaired. He even added cost estimates to the report, at my request. He told me that if I had any questions, I should feel free to call him. I did just that when we found a crack in our bedroom floor. He assured me that the crack was nothing to worry about and told me how it could be repaired. I would recommend Geoff Clark and this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

Very Thorough. Answered all my questions, as far as maintenance goes. They provided a very detailed, easy to understand report, with pictures. They were very professional. They had a very a very fair price for their services.
