Description of Work: Great service! He did a great job catching the raccoon in my attic! He fixed all of the entry points that any animal could get in. He was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Very professional and cleaned up everything when he was done. The warranty certainly makes me feel confident that everything was done that could be.

Description of Work: His service as appropriate the first time. He gave me a 'warranty' against any reentry of the bats. When bats came back this year 2012 - he would not return calls and I had to get another service. I wish I had contacted Angie's list for referrals the first time!!!

+ -1 moreI talked to him in length over the phone and he said he would use traps and camera's to find the rodent's and remove carcass. He came out and all he did was put decomposing powder in the walls to help with the dead animal. He didn't use traps or even search for the rodent's. He made a hole in the kitchen wall and laid down some powder. He told your tennant to go Home Depot and get some traps.
Description of Work: Our tennant had some rodents in the wall and he came out to inspect.
