+ -1 moreVanessa was punctual and professional. Having seen the conditions of the house (especially the bathrooms), I honestly did not think that they would ever be clean again. Ever. I was mentally preparing to do a small remodel for both bathrooms. But to my complete surprise, The Queen of Cleaning Service cleaned the bathrooms and the entire rental unit to a nearly “like new” condition. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the service I received. I highly recommend The Queen of Cleaning Service. You will not be disappointed. 10/10.
Description of Work: A rental unit for an evicted tenant needed extensive deep cleaning.

Vanessa was very responsive and hard working but had an issue with an employee on the day of cleaning and was unable to show until a couple hours after scheduled which dragged out until after 10 pm. Miscommunication ended in the oven not being cleaned also. However, very excellent job overall and her price for a 4 bed, 2 bath cannot be beat! Would hire her again!
