great service family owned and run business. Valentin is great and is very helpful and house is spotless. Much better and more reliable service than the previous company we used for twice/month service for 3 years. We were getting tired of constantly having to deal with different people and variable service. thank you for great service and we highly recommend them

I just bought my new home and I was ready to move in. I decided to have the house cleaned since I did light renovation in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I called Sunrise Cleaning Service and scheduled an appointment for free estimate. Valentin arrived on time and he was extremely pleasant to talk to. I was extremely happy that he was able to fit me in his schedule as I had only 3 days to complete all of my renovation projects, get the house cleaned and move in. On the day of the cleaning a crew of 2 people showed up on time and got to work immediately. They were very professional and pleasant. I had a lot of requests and they handled them perfectly. The team stayed until the job was done and they didn?t rush to go home. On the next day I received a follow-up call from Valentin to make sure that everything went well. I was extremely pleased with the service so I decided to hire them on bi-weekly cleaning base.

They were excellent. Valentin was polite and professional when he returned my initial call. They both confirmed and arrived exactly when promised. The price was at the highest end of the over the phone estimate, but did not exceed it. This was not a problem, as my brother in law, in addition to being an idiot, is a slob. The apartment was a mess. My wife tells me the cleaners did a fantastic job, highly detailed and very thorough. They scrubbed the walls, cleaned all the cabinets, and left the refrigerator, which had looked like a culture growth box for the CDC, looking like new. We are very, very pleased.

They did excellent work and I was very happy with the service. It was a family team and they were able to accommodate our schedule which was nice.

I called four different house cleaners and 2 responded back to me. Sunrise Cleaning Service was less expensive than the other service. There was a time crunch in that the new tenant was scheduled to move into the house in a week's time. Valentin from Sunrise Cleaning Service promptly answered/returned my phone calls much to my relief. Two workers showed up on time (actually 20 min early) and reviewed the job. I had an additional requirement to clean the outside front door for an $20 equaling $160. They worked for approx. 4 hours. The house was cleaned beautifully. I was so pleased with the front house that I asked that they clean the back mother-in-law apt in which I paid an additional $160. Once again, I was very pleased with the results.

Valentin is very pleasant, prompt, and professional. The price he estimated is the price we paid. We received 5 bids from 5 different cleaning companies. Sunrise Cleaning offered the least expensive estimate. The job we needed was quite a heavy job, but the quality of work was exactly what we needed. We will be using Valentin and Sunrise Cleaning in the future.

Basically, they did a very thorough job. The only negative was the vacuum cleaner they brought was noisy and stinky.

The team is very professional and prompt. They work very quickly and maintain good communication while they are working. I am the cleaning manager for a vacation rentals business and I, myself, have very high standards when it comes to getting a place clean to make vacationers feel like they are walking into a unit that is being occupied for the first time. A clean and sparkly unit means repeat service and repeat service from a tenant means repeat service from a cleaning company I choose. Sunrise Cleaning Service did an excellent job. Sometimes there were things I needed to point out, but they were quick to take note and make the changes necessary without me having to ask constantly. I have every intention of using them again in another high season. Thanks again team! :)

The service was great. They arrived on time and did the job. The only reason I gave them a B was due to difficulty of scheduling. They are a good service so I guess they are booked up a lot.

Showed up on time, did requested work efficiently and effectively to very high standard of cleanliness. Highly recommended!!

I own a rental house in Tampa, and have new tenants moving in. I wanted the house spotless for them, and they had said that a specific concern for them were the floors, windows, and inside the kitchen cabinets. I called and spoke to Valentin, and explained that I needed cleaning services for 3 hours. I told him specifically that I needed the floors, WINDOWS and inside my cabinets cleaned first, then clean whatever else he could with the rest of the time. Instead of 1 cleaner for 3 hours, he provided 2 for 1.5 hours (10:30a-12p). Because I wasn't there, I had my mother stop by and drop off payment. I had an Angie's List deal that was $25 for $50 worth of service. 3 hours costs $60 ($20/hr). So she should have only had to give him the coupon and $10. When she arrived at 12p, the cleaner had saved the windows and floors for last, and had not gotten to them yet. They said we would have to pay for another 1/2 hour in order to finish. Rather than argue, I just had my mother pay him. The tenants were there to make sure everything got done. However, when the floors were done, the tenants pointed out that the windows hadn't been done, and the cleaners told them that they don't do windows and refused to clean them. I would recommend that if you hire Sunrise, to be sure to verify services before you pay. I will say that what they did clean, they cleaned well. And after talking to Valentin, he explained that they aren't insured to clean windows, and he thought I meant wiping down the rims and window sills. He realized his mistake and apologized for the misunderstanding and refunded the extra $30 I paid.

They are really nice. It was $80.00 for the cleaning, but then I had some other work done around the house and in the garage.

Sunrise's cleaning team is awesome. They are all very friendly and kind. First time I hired them I needed them for the next day and I was lucky they had an open spot for me. I have really high standards when it comes up to people cleaning my home and sunrise cleaning exceeded them. They are the best at what they do. They always use green products and every time I come home after they have cleaned it, the house smells like heaven. Sometimes I wonder if it's even my house. Now, I am able to get sunrise cleaning on a regular schedule and I am really thrilled to have found them.
