They came out to give me an estimate, with in two days of my phone call. The estimate seemed reasonable, so I went with them. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks, before the windows would be ready. I was a little disappointed in that, however, the windows came in three weeks. So, I was very happy with that. The three men that came out to install were very nice and professional. They made sure that they cleaned up all the mess and told me, if there were any concerns to give them a call. The total time to install and frame(put up molding) was just 6 hours. One window did crack, as they were putting it in, however they called it in immediately and ordered a new pane to be installed with in two weeks. I would and have already recommend this company to friends and would use them, again.

From start to finish everyone was professional from the sales people to the technicians. They are extremely neat and picked up all debris. They showed up on time, worked through the day without complaints. When I had the inspection done, they responded very quickly to adjust a window which was in question. Furthermore, when I needed paper work for an insurance discount, they got it back to me within 24 hours.

He was the lowest priced estimate. He was very punctual and knowledgeable. I didn't take him.

The work was very good. The workers were nice and the work well done. The price was also very good.

Estimator was prompt and frank. Estimate was not the cheapest, but was nearly so. The company gave enough confidence that we went with them rather than the cheapest, which did not feel right. Delivery took some time, but what was promised. Install was quicker than expected and the explanation and instructions were very efficient and courteous. Overall, a very positive experience.

THEY LEFT SOME MESS, BUT MY HOUSE WAS A MESS TO BEGIN WITH, AND I GUESS THAT IS WHY. THE WORKERS PUT THE SCREENS IN BACKWARDS. ONE WINDOW WOULDN'T LOCK BECAUSE IT WASN'T LEVEL WHEN INSTALLED. THEY HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT. HE WAS ABLE TO JOCKEY IT AROUND SO IT WOULD LOCK IT AROUND SO IT WOULD LOCK. HE WAS A VERY NICE PERSON.

The work was done professionally and with care. All my considerations were handled and the overall job was very good. We are really glad we got these windows!

The installers of the windows and door were excellent. The door installer was very knowledgeable; most areas in my home don't seem to be the correct size and he did a marvelous job installing and making it look great. He also fixed my back door that didn't open or close easily, when he saw me struggling with it. The window installation was again a little out of the ordinary because the room had been a porch and had only screens and metal jalousies. They removed them and input the windows in no time, even though each opening was a different size. A great job. I have used this company previously and thought their work was top notch and they came through again. I have more windows and doors to install, so I will definitely be calling on them again.

THE COMPANY CALLED ON THE MORNING OF THE FIRST SCHEDULED INSTALLATION DAY TO CANCEL BECAUSE THE INSTALLER WAS NOT AVAILABLE. ANOTHER DAY WAS ARRANGED AND INSTALLATION WAS QUICK. MY WIFE WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DEBRIS FROM REMOVAL OF THE OLD WINDOWS AFTER THE INSTALLERS LEFT. THE CASEMENT WINDOWS CAME WITH THE WRONG HANDLES. ONE OF THE SLIDERS HAD A RATTLING SOUND WHEN IT WAS MOVED AND A REPLACEMENT WINDOW HAD TO BE ORDERED. THE REPLACEMENT SLIDER WAS INSTALLED ON ANOTHER DAY BUT ONLY HALF OF THE CORRECT HANDLES WERE AVAILABLE. THE FIRST TIME WE LEFT THE CASEMENT WINDOWS OPEN, THE BREEZE BLEW A COUPLE OF THE SCREENS INTO THE HOUSE. ANOTHER VISIT WAS REQUIRED TO ADJUST THE SCREENS AND BRING ALL OF THE CORRECT HANDLES. THE COMPANY MADE A MISTAKE ON THE BILL THAT WAS SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS IN MY FAVOR. I ALERTED THEM TO THE MISTAKE AND WAS THANKED. I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED SOME TYPE OF CERTIFICATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER SINCE I CAN'T TELL IF I RECEIVED ARGON-FILLED WINDOW

WENT WITH A LOCAL COMPANY INSTEAD. PRICE WAS IN RIGHT RANGE.

FROM THE OUTSET, JOHN K (SALESMAN) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PERSONABLE, and STRAIGHTFORWARD. WHEN I SELECTED THIS COMPANY TO DO THE WORK, JOHN CAME BACK OUT TO REMEASURE. WHEN THE TIME CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION, I WORKED WITH SKIP (THE FOREMAN) WHO WAS VERY PERSONABLE and WILLING TO PLEASE. SKIP WAS FLEXIBLE and ALLOWED ME TO NOT HAVE TO BE THERE DURING THE INSTALLATION. NOW, I WISH THAT I HAD TAKEN THE TIME OFF WORK TO SUPERVISE. THE INITIAL INSTALLATION WAS DONE SLOPPILY WITH ONE OF THE TWO CASEMENTS NOT ABLE TO BE OPENED, HE MISSED SOME CAULKING (YOU COULD SEE BETWEEN THE WINDOWS), and CIGARETTE BUTTS and METAL PIECES WERE LEFT IN MY YARD. WHEN THE DUNEDIN INSPECTOR CAME TO CHECK THE WORK, THE COMPANY WAS "RED TAGGED" FOR NOT HAVING THE PERMIT ON SITE and FOR DOING THE SLOPPY WORK. THE SECOND INSTALLER, CHRIS, WAS EXCELLENT. HE DID THE WORK THOROUGHLY and EFFICIENTLY (I AM STILL GLAD THAT I WAS THERE TO SUPERVISE). I WILL REQUEST CHRIS FOR ANY FUTURE WORK.

TOOK FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER TO GET THE PANELS, DUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR THE PRODUCT, BUT WISH THEY HAD TOLD US ABOUT DELAYS INSTEAD OF OUR HAVING TO CALL AND ASK (WHILE HURRICANES THREATENED). ORIGINAL CREW OF TWO CUT TO ONE FOR THE SECOND DAY, AND SOMEWHAT OVERLOADED THE WORKER, MILZA. BUT MILZA WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN PROPERLY AND SORTED AND NUMBERED. WE HAVE NOT YET HAD TO USE THEM, BUT EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE FINE. AND HE CLEANED UP WELL - ALWAYS NICE AFTER A PROJECT.

GREAT WORK, VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT. HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND THE DOOR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE. THEY SOLVED MY PROBLEMS AND DID A GREAT JOB.

HE TOOK AWAY THE OLD WINDOWS AND CLEANED UP. THERE WAS MINIMAL MESS TO BEGIN WITH. ANIMALS LOVE STEVE AND HIS ASSOCIATES ARE VERY NICE.

THE WINDOW WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THE COMPANY 3/24/04. WHEN IT DIDN'T ARRIVE, JOHN CALLED THE COMPANY ON 3/25 and TOLD THEM THEY MADE A COMMITTMENT TO THE CUSTOMER TO INSTALL THE WINDOW ON 3/27. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE and I APPRECIATE THAT. HOWEVER, WE PAID $57 FOR A PERMIT THAT NOBODY HAS CONTACTED US ABOUT YET. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE CALL FROM KAREN.

STEVE'S GAVE US THE BEST PRICE OUT OF THREE DIFFERENT ESTIMATES. THE WORKER EVEN CLEANED THE WINDOW AFTER THE INSTALLATION; I DIDN'T HAVE TO VACUUM AFTER HIM! THE WORK WAS FANTASTIC AND THEY WERE ONTIME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!

I RECEIVED 5 QUOTES FOR WINDOWS; ONLY STEVE INFORMED ME OF REPLACEMENT WINDOW CODES AND TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND COMPARE PRODUCTS. INSTALLATION WAS TOP NOTCH; COST WAS BELOW EXPECTATION FOR QUALITY WINDOWS. RECOMMEND STEVE'S WINDOWS AND DOORS WITHOUT HESITATION.
