ST PETE COMPLETE

I've used St. Pete Complete for 2 of my properties and I couldn't be more satisfied. Sean, his brother, and the crew have always been there when I needed them. They've installed two complete irrigation systems for us and the process has always been great from start to finish. Their pricing is excellent and they work efficiently. I recommend you give Sean a call and let them see what they can do for you!!

I called St Pete Complete a few weeks back about an irrigation system and Sean came out and gave me a quote and I accepted it. Today was well drilling day. I was told just today I would be responsible for the electric work, and this apparently wasn’t part of the contract. I attempted to call Sean several times to discuss the situation. He never answered. One of his guys called him and he picked up immediately and from the conversation it sounded like he didn’t want to speak with me. He finally called me but was very unprofessional in tone, at which point I decided to cancel the entire contract and go with someone else who will be better with due diligence and customer service. I’m sure the majority of this company’s work is just fine, but as a new homeowner, I need a company who will be able to tell me what I need before I sign anything, and who will be professional with me when I call with concerns. Had Sean been more responsive and understanding, I wouldn’t have canceled. His on site folks were friendly and I gave them all the cash I had on me to go get some lunch for the inconvenience. I hope others have a better experience!

Did outstanding work, very courteous. Explained each step they performed and insured the system worked properly. Cleaned up property. Would highly recommend them in future!

Originally thought the system was fine. Within a few months the system sprang leaks in front and side yards. We did have them respond to several issues after the installation then they would not return my phone calls. We have pictures of all the issues, videos. We have register a complaint with BBB, Home Advisor and Pinellas County Licensing board. I have provided all the pictures to these companies. Home Advisor has removed them and they are no longer allowed to offer their services there. The old system was not removed and some of the old pipes were hooked into for the new system. They are now leaking. St Pete Complete, Sean Maze does not return phone calls as he does not honor his warranty.

2 techs were prompt, polite and efficient..cleaned up driveway when finished..since I read unfavorable reviews for this company I was hesitant to hire them,,however I am pleased and grateful ..for me this was a very expensive job but it had to be done and no one else responded to me when I needed help.

We hired St. Pete Complete to seal our pavers and instead they ruined them. Instead of holding themselves accountable, and fixing the problem, Bill ultimately told us that there is nothing he can do to fix the problem and abandoned the job. Unfortunately, we had already paid him, so we were stuck with the problem. After over a week of no callbacks from Bill, we started to reach out to other paver companies for help. The one we ultimately hired did an AMAZING job! They not only fixed the problem, but they also made the pavers look brand new. We absolutely love our pavers now! When we met Bill, he said that he prides himself on customer service and doing the job right, but how is above an example of that? Clearly, the problem was fixable...Bill just lacked experience and morals live up to that statement. I have documented this via pictures, and really wish I could share the before and afters with you.

The employee was very courteous and performed his duties in an quick and efficient way. He asked what he needed to do to complete the yard work. I will continue to use them for my future yard work and maintenance.

After drilling all over my yard he said he could not find a well to pull water. He called and told me he would come back the next day. Next day I get a call and he said he got a little water, but not adequate enough to water the yard and to get the right pressure he would need to put in 4 more well points. With no option left I told him to go ahead and do it and he gave me the price of $1500. The next day I was able to take off work to meet with them to go over everything. When he showed up we turned the system on and I notices many of my sprinkler heads were missing in the back, front and turned completely off on the side. He said that he spoke to a well person in Seminole and he told him that the wells were drying up in this area. I believed him and left to deal with what I had. The pressure kept dropping on the sprinklers and I was having to hand water the areas he removed the heads. I began working from home in April 2007. I decided to dig up the area where he installed the new wells to see if there were some loose attachments. I found that he changed the pipe from 1.25” down to 1”, which restricts the amount of water, hence less sprinkler heads it can operate. Then I got the to well point area and only found two holes and pipes leading down in the ground. I was surprised because he said he installed 8 well points throughout my yard. I began my research and found that sometimes you can “stack” well points when there is adequate water supply. I wrote to a well point manufacturer and was told you should only do that if you have a lot of water. I called St. Pete Complete and told him what was going on. He yelled at me and said “ I told you we did all we could do and that your well was running dry”. I explained to him that all my neighbors had great pressure and asked how I could be the only one. He brought up the expert again and how the wells in Seminole are drying up. I asked to explain why there were only 2 holes instead of 8. He said he stacked them. I then asked why did he stack them if I did not have adequate water supply. He could not answer and said they were down far enough to get the water. I then asked about it pulling air from the top and this being the reason it does not work. He said “I did the job and when I came out you were satisfied with the job we did, so I am done with this job and I am not coming back out.”LAter I found out that you have space the well point equally apart from the main line. The main line was 2 feet from one of the well points and 10 feet from the other well point. This is common knowledge in the industry and is another reason it was not done properly. St Pete Complete does not know what they are doing. I continue to this day to warn as many people as I can, not to do business with these crooks.
