be back down again until October (it's a vacation mobile home in a park). Seemed to do good job; Was nice thick coating and appeared very thorough. They did accept credit card which was nice. Nice guy (it was Jimmy- owner's son). We left mobile home the day after the work done so haven't been able to confirm whether leak around vent cap stopped yet. This is vacation mobile home so won't be back down until October. I'll update this then if any problems developed. But seemed a good job. He gave a $50 discount and said normally would be $650. This is a small 21'wide by 40' long mobile home. At this point I am satisfied and would recommend them.

Called company requesting a quote, they called me back approximately 2 weeks later,almost said never mind but did not. Scheduled a time and date for them to come out. They did not show or call to cancel. About 10 days later they called again and asked if anyone came out, told them they were a no show. He then asked if he could schedule another time, I informed them I would not be comfortable using them.

Mr. Socia showed up for the estimate as scheduled and his quote was less than others we had received. Confirmed the start time and the painter showed up right on time to begin the power washing. The job was completed as scheduled and entirely to our satisfaction. Great professional job and left almost a full gallon of each of the two colors for my use as needed later. I would recommend Mr. Socia to anyone who needs a painter.

Mr. Socia was very helpful and responsive in giving the estimate, picking a good color and has much expertise about paint quality. He used good quality products for a reasonable cost. His painter, Sonny, was patient and attentive in getting the job right.
