+ -1 moreI had brought my computer into the shop for the problems. The problems were never fixed. I also had the technician come to my home to twice to fix an additional computer and it still was not fixed. I finally went back to the shop to get my laptop back and he requested me to pay $150 before he would give me my laptop back. When I told him that I didn't want to pay for services that were never originally fixed, he sweared at me and wouldn't give my laptop back until I paid him.
Description of Work: I had 3 service calls for my computer. I had multiple problems with Microsoft Office.
