+ -1 moreIt went very well until I called them for another project. I called multiple times but never received a reply . If he will return my calls I would re-hire him today.

+ -1 moreHe came on time when he dropped off the trailer and when we called for a pick up. We have used this service for two previous bathroom demolitions, one we did, the second we hired them to do. All went as expected and on time. We will call him again soon for our next renovation project.
Description of Work: Provided trailer for us to fill with stuff from our garage that we no longer needed.

+ -1 moreIt's handy not to need to coordinate carpenters, plumbers, electricians, but rather find one guy who can do it all. He was found for us by Bonnie Hoffman, also of St Pete (see rating elsewhere). The two of them did all the jobs requested and had clever suggestions for how to do a bit more and get big improvements. Chris works on an hourly basis and does small jobs (ours) or whole house jobs. He seems quite calm, competent, and very talented.
Description of Work: Chris removed two bath vanities, installed new ones. Removed cabinets, recut ceramic floor tiles, replaced shower ceramic tiles, replaced marble window sills, replaced electrical outlets, rebuilt a closet, replaced drywall, skim coated drywall. Every kind of renovation skill can be done.
