+ -1 moreI WAS AT EASE AND TOTALLY COMFORTABLE WITH THIS COMPANY RIGHT AWAY. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY QUALITY COMPANY AND ONE THAT TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEIR EXPERTISE IS AT THE TOP AND THERE WAS NOT ANY PROBLEM THAT I HAD THAT WASN'T SOLVED. I TRUST AND HAVE TOTAL CONFIDENCE EXPLICITLY.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED REACON COMPUTERS OF FL TO HELP ME NETWORK MY COMPUTER'S FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS THAT I AM JUST STARTING UP. THE SERVER HAD CRASHED AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX THE SYSTEM AND REINSTALL THE OPERATING SYSTEM. THE CABLE WAS INSTALLED FOR THE NETWORKING AND WAS NEATLY DONE IN SPITE OF IT BEING A TOUGH JOB DUE TO THE FIRE BARRIER IN THE WALLS. I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED HELP WITH SOME SOFTWARE THAT IS GOING TO BE USED HEAVILY TO MANAGED MY CONTACTS AND DAVID SET THE PROGRAM UP AND SHOWED ME HOW TO USE IT AS WELL AS HOW TO EXPAND WITH IT. ALSO, THEY ARRANGED EMAIL FOR THE OFFICE NETWORK. DAVID AND HIS SON CHASE, WERE EXTREMELY NICE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HANDLED ALL MY PROBLEMS WITH EASE. I KNEW RIGHT AWAY THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS AND DIDN'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AS THEY WENT ALONG. THE ARE AT THE TOP OF THE SCALE AS EXPERTS, PROFESSIONALS AND COURTESY.

Description of Work: They came out to repair a network, fix apllication problems and installed hardware. They called ahead of time to let us know when they were coming, which I liked. They were onsite for three hours and charged $65/hr. David, the tech, was very professional and definitely knew what he was talking about. We will use this company again
