Joe Ranalli is highly professional and knowledgeable. He’s responsive and highly reliable. He was flexible and worked with me to get the job done. Stephen, who did my painting, was not only professional and friendly, he went over and above the call of duty to help me and share valuable knowledge. The finished product is excellent. I whole heartedly recommend them and have already contacted them about another project.

This is the second time I have used this company and once I was not disappointed! The owner promptly got back to me and scheduled a time when the work was to be done. On the scheduled date the service provider was very professional. He came on time, worked neatly and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Joe's team was very professional, and he has very skilled painters. He was also able to make some excellent color recommendations for the style of our home, and the amount of natural light we get. His team worked around complete move-in chaos with patience and good humor. They were great about staying on schedule and confirming the colors of each room. Very precise lines between ceilings and walls - we are very particular about that! Very reasonable cost. Can't wait for them to paint the exterior of home!

Joe came to the house for an estimate. He was friendly and professional. I had the quote by the end of the day. They use high quality Sherwin Williams paint. Scott and Scottie were the painters. They were courteous, professional, neat. The job was completed on time and the work is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Ranalli Painting!

I had several painting companies out to my home to give estimates on painting the exterior which has been neglected for a long time. After meeting Joe Ranalli and taking into consideration the great reviews of his company I decided to go with him. Joe is easy to communicate with and his crew does fantastic work at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

As it turned out, amazing, really. Got in touch with Mr. Ranalli , set up a meeting for the next day. I was not sure what to expect, I'm from NYC, you never actually have the owner of the company show up. Joe went through every single issue with me and, frankly, had answers for me before I had a chance to ask the question! The price was right and I turned over my place to a bunch of great workers and felt like I came back to a new home, a day early I might add. He also followed up with me to make sure I was happy and deal with anything overlooked. It was a great experience and it's all so much easier when the owner of the company is always available and frankly, fun to chat with as well as experienced. I don't much enjoy being on social media, but i really wanted to give a great shout out to Joe Ranalli and his workers, I'm so grateful and they deserve it!

The quality of the painting was good, however the time to get it done was unreasonably long. Mr Ranalli was aware from the beginning that we were under multiple time crunches and assured us it could be done. He solicited work for contractor friends he said was necessary for a great job, one of which we hired and have no quarrel with that work. It added $2800 to the project cost. Our problems began with the timeline issue. As it drew close he kept telling us all would be completed. Turned out not to be true. After nearly seven weeks, the last 8 days of which not a single painter showed up, and two days before we were to depart for the summer, we terminated our agreement with Mr Ranalli. The project was not completed yet Mr Ranalli was paid in full and then some which was problem two. At the outset of the contract, Mr Ranalli stated he needed approximately half payment up front and collect the rest after project completion. That seemed reasonable however that's not what happened. After completing approximately 80% of the job he requested the remainder of the contracted money. We naively complied. While waiting for the finish of the job, we asked for a shelf to be painted. He asked for the money up front. The amount took us back a bit but he explained it included work previously completed we thought was part of the original deal, We complied. No further work was ever done in the house. Problem three: after collecting all the money he asked for he became hard to contact and as stated earlier there was no contact for the last 8 days. After getting that last check during a meeting at the house he called a day or two later to meet again. We went to the house and waited. He never arrived. I called him and left a message. We didn't hear from him again till just before our departure when we terminated the agreement. Problem four: Talking poorly about your clients. It seems Mr Ranalli did not like us and our involvement in the project and told another contractor (we had several working during this period) we were pushy and demanding. That contractor told us. We believed we gave him wide latitude to do the job with the exception of the hard timelines we were up against. We actually liked his personality. He apparently felt differently. We now feel played like fools. After paying over $10000 for a job still not completed, that was not what we wanted to hear. Lastly, Mr Ranalli seems like a nice man but many things he would tell us would not be true or stretches of the truth. Such as how many painters would be working in a given day. It may have started with a higher number but by mid morning folks would start leaving for other jobs. Mr Ranalli took payment in full for a job he never completed. Although we terminated the agreement, he knew there would be no entry into the home once we departed the area. He could have and should have returned the money he received for tasks he didn't do. The home owner is reviewing her options.

Did a good job. The powder room needed another coat of paint and there was no problem in getting them to come back in a timely manner.

I cannot say enough good about Joe Ranalli and his team. Amazing professionalism and work ethic, good communication. Fast workers, workmanship was so clean and neat! House looks so nice. :). Joe went above and beyond for me personally. I bought a new home. Had some anxiety about needing a few things done. Joe set me up with other trades as well, all of whom were equally as great. I would recommend Joe Ranalli a thousand times over.

This is a great company. They came on schedule and on time and did an excellent job. My bathroom looks beautiful. There were no hidden costs and they even did some extra work for no charge. They caulked my tub, cleaned the tile, and hung a make-up mirror for me. Joe assisted me in choosing colors and gave me ideas. I appreciate his expertise, the men who work for him are professionals and top notch. I recommend this company.

Joe's team was awesome. Scott and Scotty were fast, efficient and left no trace of being there each day they were here. Some of the painting was challenging due to some wall and old paint issues and Joe and the team handled it brilliantly. Came up with great resolutions to our problems.

Joe and team arrived on time and worked all day for app. 4 days to get a good job and finished in a timely manner. They were a few days early but Joe informed me and his crew were very helpful removing window coverings etc. They also communicated daily so everyone was aware of what was being done.

The owner's wife, a designer, brought wallpaper books to my home to select a paper, and she provided good advice in selecting a paper. The wallpaper hanger was excellent! He took less than 4 hours to do my masterbath, and the results were beautiful. He was a true professional. I would use them again without any hesitation. If you want a superior job, hire this company.
