Description of Work: Showed up at the house on a cold call and offered to trim our Palm. We agreed on a price, and they started work. We were surprised and horrified to see that they gave our Palm a "hurricane cut." We did not want that, and expected a trim to remove only dead branches. They apologized and acknowledged that they should have clarified their intent, but the damage was done. | |I guess hurricane cuts are common, but better get clarification before you proceed! |

+ -1 moreThese guys did a great job for a very attractive price. And, unlike a few other firms, they were very responsive. Initially, I had them out to remove an overgrown palm tree that was tearing up my walkway. I then needed significant tree trimming to be done and they quickly came out and took care of it. In short, for both visits they responded quickly, did the job quite well (at a budget price) and left the area cleaner than it was before they showed up! These guys are not flashy. They are simply old school customer focused for a good price.
Description of Work: Cut down and removed a palm tree and trimmed several other palm trees.
