Bob came and viewed the trees to be trimmed and got back with me with an estimate. A couple other companies "ball-parked" the pricing over the phone and others didn't even return my call. R&B arrived on time with several trucks, but they knew what they needed, because the amount of branches and debris that was generated, was enormous. The crew was great! Friendly and punctual, cleaned up all debris and even went back to cut a branch they missed. Excellent value for the amount of quality work provided. Would highly recommend them to others and will be calling again to remove tree and stump in the future. I know the work done will correct without messing up any other landscaping.

R&B was brought in by Tree Dudes as they were removing an oak tree that had heart rot. R&B did a great job grinding this huge oak tree stump. Not only did they grind the stump Jesse did injections (sort of like B-12 shots) to a fair sized sweetgum tree that is at least 40 feet tall. I felt the price was fair as they ground the stump for quite a while and ground it quite a bit below ground level. Robert and Jesse were very nice and very informative.

I HAD R & B TREE SERVICE DO STUMP GRINDING EARLIER IN THE MONTH TO PREPARE THE WAY FOR A STORAGE SHED.THEY DID THAT JOB SO EASILY ( OR SO IT SEEMED ) THEY MADE A HORRIBLY HARD JOB LOOK EASY ! THAT PHASE DONE, NEXT CAME FENCE REMOVAL ( WEST COAST FENCE, WHO ALSO DID AN EXPERT JOB). THEN, ENTER R & B TREE SERVICE FOR PHASE 2. THE REMOVAL OF THE FENCE MADE IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS ANOTHER GROUP OF BAMBOO TO BE GROUND UP...THIS TIME IN A VERRRY TIGHT SQUEEZE. THEY HANDLED THE WHOLE THING WITH EFFICIENCY AND GREAT SKILL. IT WAS LIKE LASER SURGERY !! I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER OUTCOME. LOVE WORKING WITH THEM...AND I CERTAINLY COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM !

We have used R&B for the past four years. They have always been professional from start to finish. Bob the owner is proficient in all that is trees! His crew is staffed with Arborists and that is a huge plus! I don't know about you but I like someone who knows what they are doing if they are cutting my trees. They make me feel comfortable about trimming every time we have to have our trees done. I don't like the sound of chain saws because it usually means someone is butchering a tree somewhere. I don't mind theirs because it means my trees are going to be happy, happy, happy! My mum was a part of some tornadoes that went through Feather Sound last year. She lost her precious trees. All of the hacks that came out were quoting HUGE amounts just because of the neighborhood and the fact that people needed cleanup right away. After getting a price of about $5 THOUSAND dollars from these hacks I told her to call R&B. They not only made her feel good about using them, they also saved her THOUSANDS of dollars. Really! I highly recommend using them if you can!

R & B DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID IT PROMPTLY, [ ACTUALLY, SOONER THAN I THOUGHT THEY COULD GET TO ME ]. THEY WERE COURTEOUS & CAREFUL. THEY REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHICH IS A BIG PLUS IN MY BOOK. THEY DID THE WHOLE THING QUICKLY, TOO ! I WISH I HAD THIS GOOD AN EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY CONTRACTOR I'VE DEALT WITH ! THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE. MY FENCING CONTRACTOR RECOMMENDED THEM, AND I ALSO SAW THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST. IT'S NO SURPRISE TO ME THAT THEY ARE AWARD WINNERS.

Bob was very personal & caring. He arrived promplty, took time & looked at the tree. He let me explain my concerns. He answered my questions and was very patient. Deb followed up with a letter describing the condition & life left of the tree.

The project went well from start to finish. The guys were polite and professional and really seemed to take their time (and the proper precautions) to keep themselves and our house safe. The tree they removed was situated within an old planting bed surrounded by a small retaining wall, which I'm sure added some degree of difficulty to maneuvering around near the base of the tree. There was a minimal amount of damage to the wall, which we expected going in. All in all they did a great job, and cleaned up the area very well when they were finished.

Overall start to finish these guys did a great job. I called on a Wednesday for an estimate and Robert (the owner) came out the same day. Reviewed the what I wanted done and offered to come back that Friday. The crew showed up on time and within two hours they were done and gone. Very professional and knowledgeable about the trees and how to clean them up. Couldn't find a single branch or twig they missed when removing the debris. Completely satisfied with the work received!

I've used them before and they did the same great job as they have done in the past. Their prices are fair, maybe a little on the high side, but they do good work so I am comfortable with it. They are very friendly and very professional. I continue to be happy with them and will absolutely continue to use them for all of my tree service.

Bob and R&B did a fantastic job, from the scheduling (Deb is a sweetheart!) to the execution to the follow-up...these folks are professionals. Even a number of our new neighbors told us how great the place looks now that the trees have been cleaned up. We could not be happier with the entire experience & plan to use them again to maintain our trees. I highly recommend R&B Trees Service!

I was pleased with the experience I had with this company. They were professional and prompt. They did a quality job at a fair price.

His team showed up on time. They were 6-7 guys and a cherry picker. They did a great job of cutting away the dead wood from the ends of my branches, while preserving the interior portions of my tree that were alive. They cleared the branches that hung over our roof and even removed brnaches from another tree on my property at no charge. Their technicians knew what they were doing and took the time to explain to me the work that was being done while it was being done. These were company guys who loved what they did and it showed. They even took the larger branches and cut them into smaller pieces for me for firewood. They cleaned up and my lawn looked better then when they artrived. The swept the sidewalk and street. Bob also had prescribed a fertilizer routine and applied it that day. A week later a big storm rolled through and my tree was ready for it.

The service performed was very professional and fair in cost. The crew showed up in time, completed the job in the time frame expected and other than the trees now looking trimmed left the worksite looking as if no one had been there. Very good work. They even left us a nicely stacked amount of firewood sized pieces from the oak tree. The owner supervised the entire process and his crew is very professional and courteous.
