Inspection went well, professional and punctual. TILL our insurance agent called and informed us forms were NOT properly filled out and photo quality was not acceptable. After three calls by our agent to the inspector for further information we decided to hire another service NOT provided by our roofer.
Description of Work: Inspection of new roof for wind mitigation deduction on home insurance policy. Inspector was professional and punctual.

Description of Work: Timely, prompt, thorough, courteous and professional. We were provided with copies of the report to take with us from the premises. The immediate availability of a report was very helpful to us in negotiating a lower contract price on the property we are purchasing. We did receive a discounted price as Angie's List members.

He was on time and spent 3 hours giving a very thorough inspection of the home. He then went over every detail of the inspection, room to room, giving me meticulous information of what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He also gave me some names of companies to hire, how much it might cost, etc. I thought $250 was a bargain for what I got. He was also very personable and so knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction, roof, electric, plumbing, etc.
