May have better business if your workers that drive wouldn't be jerks on the road! Why would I want to hire your service?? Do they work like they drive??? I Wouldn't use you if you were the last plumbing service in the county!!!

Used them a couple of times for gas line problems. The most professional plumber I ever dealt with, on time, ready to work, only charged for actual time worked (less than estimate) cleaned up after themselves. Don’t want plumbing problems but would only call them if I did

Pro-Tech was referred to me by a business that has used them for kitchen remodels. I had a weekend emergency. James was here within the hour. He went the extra mile to get our system unclogged. I was very pleased with the service performed and the rate was reasonable, too, considering it was the weekend. I now have a plumber and would recommend them to anyone.

This company is awesome. They fixed our mess quickly and they arrived for the job ready to work.

Simply the best! As new "snowbirds", we found that we inherited a few plumbing challenges when we purchased our condo in Gulfport_FL. Shannon and his team have taken the sting out of those challenges. They have been EXTREMELY responsive to every call and fixed every issue quickly. They are not only professional, but also so friendly (not something we are used to from the north east). As I said, " SIMPLY THE BEST". Thank you, Pro Tech!!!

I have used Pro Tech for over 20 years. Always a great job that doesn't break my budget. They service my house and my rentals.

Called them back because there was evidence of leaking at the base of the toilet. The man was rude made excuses blamed us, raised his voice to me in front of my 87 year old mother. No, respect. Walked off with out resolving the issue. The owner called me and told me to find another plumber. He refused the back his work up. He was paid to do the job correctly. Now I had to hire another plumber to fix their mistakes. Not professional, not quality they are not worth the stress.

All service done promptly, expertly and courteously. And price was reasonable and less than several other plumbers we have used (who provided good service but were much more expensive) The best news was Pro-Tech replacing our water softener and installing a new unit. In my experience many plumbers do not service or install water softeners and these appliances sort of fall into a "gray area" between plumbing and dedicated water treatment service companies. To my pleasant surprise, Pro-Tech installed a new water softener which is a much higher quality unit than the mass market products sold at major home improvement stores like Home Depot or Lowes, or at Sears. BUT! The Pro-Tech unit was hundreds of dollars less expensive (installed!) than the units I had received quotes on from dedicated water treatment/softener companies. AND Pro-Tech's unit comes with a 5 year warranty. While not cheap, the unit installed by Pro-Tech was installed cleanly, correctly and the skills involved (sweating pipe, putting on new plumbing connectors, etc.) were way beyond my handyman skills. And it's working like a charm. Great experience all around.

Shannon, the owner, and James, his very capable employee, did almost all of the work and did a superb job. We had used Shannon a couple of years ago for some small projects and were very impressed. They are very honest, professional and detail minded. We would highly recommend them! **I cannot rate the price, as it was incorporated into the contractors pricing for the whole-house renovation.**

Had a broken shower drain flange. Another plumber said we had to break into the ceiling below in order to fix the problem. This would entail cutting the ceiling of the unit below, fixing our problem and repair and paint their ceiling. They estimated at least a three day project. Pro Tech came in and was able to replace the flange in less than an hour without any disruption to the unit below. In addition, they checked the toilet flange,found a crack and replaced it also. Their plumber was prompt, courteous, informative and extremely experienced. Bottom line - they saved us a ton of time and money. We could not have asked for better service. We will never use anyone else!

Ken, and Crew: Re-piped whole house, asked about new shower control valves. They were not busy so they threw in 2 new Moen's and an additional hose bib at the far end of house. At NO, additional charge.Also, they are using a new pipe called; "PEX" (Superpex) wich is a product of Canada, where CPVC is succeptable to penatration/damage from overspray of WD-40, bug sprays, some cleaners; this is not..This is more like a flexable tubbing and was assembled with all brass, barbed fittings(compression clamps around terminations),and quarter-turn shut-off's Good Job and Overall impressed!

WE HAD THREE COMPANIES GIVE US ESTIMATES. MR. KROUSE OF PRO-TECH PLUMBING WAS OUTSTANDING IN HIS WILLINGNESS TO EVALUATE OUR BATHROOM REMODELING PROJECT, PREPARED A DETAILED ESTIMATE, AND INITIATED PHONE CALLS TO US DURING THE RECENT HURRICANES TO ASSURE US OUR PROJECT WOULD PROCEED ON SCHEDULE. MR. KRAUSE IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. HE DEMONSTRATES EXCELLENT RESPECT AND RAPPORT WITH CUSTOMERS, IS METICULOUS IN HIS CRAFT AND ATTENTIVE TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL. WE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH MR. KROUSE AND HAVE ALREADY HIRED HIM FOR A SMALL KITCHEN REMODELING PROJECT. WE WOULD READILY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE UNDERTAKING A SIMILAR PROJECT.

SHANNON KRAUS IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. HE WAS VERY DILIGENT, NEAT, CLEAN, A FAMILY GUY AND DOES GREAT WORK.

WE HAD USED THIS COMPANY ONCE BEFORE TO INSTALL OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THE PRICE THEY HAD CHARGED US INCLUDED ALL THE PERMITS. EVEN THE INSPECTOR SPOKE HIGHLY OF HIM!
