 + -1 moreStarted off as the perfect honeymoon of providing all the information and level of contact one would expect, that lasted 3 weeks if that. Greg would not return phone calls or email's with questions or issues I had with my pool. The only email I would get is a bill. "Priceless" would perform a service and bill me for it without my authorization or knowledge, when questioned about it ........ no response! I was paying for "Full" weekly service, they did not even vacuum the pool half the time when they came. Granted I have a difficult pool to maintain & would have gladly payed more for good quality service. All I asked for is Greg to communicate with me when I had questions or issues, he could not be bothered!
Description of Work: Start up of run down pool, partial new equipment, & "Full" weekly service.

 + -1 moreTheir service is sporatic- sometimes good, sometimes bad. They did not get back to you punctually unless it involved money. We had many disagreements about how they performed their service and they have a million reasons why something doesn't work. I emailed them to let them know I was discontinuing my service with them at the end of the month. Greg came right out and wanted to argue with me which I wouldn't do. When I told him I wouldn't argue and that their service was not needed after the end of the month, Grey threw a piece of my sweeper flipper down at the ground by me in anger, slammed my fence door loudly and peeled out of my driveway. I emailed him and told him to never come back on my property. Highly unprofessional. There was no reason for him to act in such a manner just because he didn't agree with me. Since then, I have heard from another customer that he performed the same way with them.
Description of Work: I used their service for over a year. They were suppose to do weekly chemicals and backwashing.

 + -1 moreMy pool turned green and they had it back to normal in two days. They also fixed my pump for me. The guy is 23 years old and has it together. Very good!
