He came to measure exactly when he told me, and he came to install at precisely the time he said he would arrive. Quick, easy, wonderful, I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Granite and would absolutely use them again!

+ -1 morePrecision was provided by our kitchen renovator. They came out and made templates after our base cabinets were installed. My wife went to their shop so she could place the templates on the granite before cutting. It is a good thing she went as the company who delivered the granite delivered the wrong pieces (Mont Krest Stone). In fact the owner of Mont Krest tried to talk my wife into keeping the wrong material. The correct material was delivered to Precision and my wife made a separate trip to position the templates on the granite to get the effect she desired. Robert and five of his men came out for the installation. We ended up with 3 separate pieces which took quite a bit of maneuvering which they did without a hitch. Kitchen turned out great and the granite looks superb. We receive lots of positive remarks from family and friends. Thank you Precision!!!!!!!!!!!! PS - There are no dollars shown above because the cost of this part of the job was included in the entire project cost.

+ 2 moreHe did a lot of great work at a very reasonable price. It turned out beautiful. He did a really good job and would highly recommend him for countertops and kitchen remodeling. He went above and beyond to add all of the other jobs to the project. Another estimate I received was $8,000 just for the countertops. I know I could not have got all of the work done at any lower of a price.
Description of Work: He put new countertops in my kitchen and did some work on the cabinets, installed a microwave, vent over the stove and put in a backsplash, garbage disposal and a water softner system.

+ 0 moreRobert, the owner, did a great job answering our questions, going over the edge options and then installation. We selected the granite from a wholesaler, then he templated the counter tops and allowed me to chose how I wanted the templates to go on the slabs. It was a very difficult piece cut and polish as it had a lot of quartz that doesn't cut so easily, but it came out beautifully! The only issue on installation was that he had to cut the stove top hole on site and he didn't cover the drawer mechanisms so the dust ruined them, but the contractor replaced them for no charge.

Description of Work: Precision Granite Top came by originally 10 days ago to measure and quote for installation of granite. We choose the granite style we wanted at the time of the quote. Less then 10 days and Precision Granite arrived today on 11/7/2012 and installed granite on our kitchen counter, island and and small cabinet and window sill.

Description of Work: Precision Granite Tops was recommended to us, and we spoke with the owner, Robert Mathis, about granite countertops installation for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Robert provided us with the name of a granite supplier whose inventory was outstanding. He educated us about the different price levels of the granite before we visited the supplier. Furthermore, the supplier was very familiar with Robert and he specifically commented on Robert's reputation for doing excellent work. We called Robert Mathis on a Friday and he agreed to meet us at our home on the following Monday morning. He arrived promptly and we reviewed our granite selections. Robert helped us to select the granite that best accentuated our cabinets and room colors. Robert took measurments of our cabinets and provided a compehensive quote for the cost to purchase, fabricate and install the granite, including undermount sinks. Robert provided us with pictures of some of his completed work and also, references from satisfied customers. We agreed to the price and terms and Robert and his two workers showed up promptly on the date that he indicated that the installation would take place. Robert and his workers were professional, competent and courteous. The installed granite is beautiful and was definitely the right choice for our home. Robert and his workers were very meticulous in the conduct of their work and cleaned and vacuumed throughout the installation. Our home was left in pristine condition by Robert and his workers. Robert's price was very competitive, as compared to other granite companies that we contacted, and we would highly recommend Precision Granite Tops to anyone interested in quality workmanship at a very good price.
