It's still a little early in the final reviw as once the job is complete, it takes another rain to completly wash away the soap and cleaners rom the roof to deermine exactly how clan the roof is. We are fairly certain the roofs will be good after a rain, but for now, they are just a bit spotty, but 95% better than what they were! This company is easy to work with and very accomodating!

They did a great job and they were accommodating. I have a difficult schedule and they were very considerate of my needs. I will definitely hire them again.

Extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job!! I had a white tile roof that was basically all but black and I now require sunglasses to look at it - the roof sparkles like it's new (along with the rest of my house and walkway). I definitely recommend Pirate Softwash!

The owner was polite, arrived on time and reasonably priced. I have a tiled roof and had great concern about having someone walking on it. He ensured me he would use extreme caution and would take full responsibility which made me feel comfortable. The roof looks great!
