Grant did a fantastic job. He was quick and efficient and the house is sparkling. The roof looks new! We are very pleased. Grant is also a very pleasant and professional person.

Grant was very prompt in responding to our calls and he and his crew did an excellent job. They could not complete one part of the job (our entire house, fence, sidewalks and driveway), but returned another day and finished everything. Great to work with, I d use them again!

I shared an earlier review and have to change my review from a 3 to a 5. They washed the outside and some windows were left spotted from drippings. I put a bad review without telling them. They promptly called me and came and washed every window I tried to tip Him but he refused. He only wants to know he did a great job and he did. Very professional and did a great job on the entire outside of the house.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my roof and house. My tile roof looks like new. They came as soon as I was ready for them and it did not take them long at all.

Absolutely fantastic contractor. They were always on time from quoting through finish, quoted a highly competitive price, provided knowledge, and had a very high level of workmanship. In addition, they other offering that competitors did not, such as complete house, deck, and fence cleaning which we took advantage of. I was skeptical about hiring a roof cleaning company. I have read various posts about the process not working, or about companies providing poor service. This was not the case with Pirate Soft Wash. My roof looks great, the company was prompt with a proposal, and finished the work when promised. I would highly recommend them!
