Arrived on time. Paid attention to the details. Very professional.

The process results in a very clean roof and windows, etc. some plants and grass were wilted as a result of the chemical overspray, but with a little trimming all was well.

He did not cover all the plants resulting in 1/3 of my garden with dead leaves or in several cases dead plants. He did not have an assistant to keep clear water on the plants or mulch, thus beaching out the mulch on the drip line. The roof is clean, but my garden is destroyed. It is imperative to have at least 2 people for roof cleaning.

Never saw a guy work so hard and fast,and do such a good job. His help couldn't make it,so he was on his own.I was really impressed with the job he did.He did extra things,like my shed.The roof looked brand new.

We have small dogs and the gate was left open. Also, the appointment was made for 2 pm, and they showed up at 8:30 am. The roof looks good and clean.

They did a good job cleaning the roof, and also did the gutters, house, windows and driveway. However, some of the shrubs around the house were burned by the cleaning effort and we are just hoping they will recover soon.

First, is his pre-appointment communication which kept me in close contact with scheduling. He showed up on time; actually, a few minutes early. His equipment is well cared for. His staff are extremely polite and had a keen awareness of my desires. They were very careful to care that our dogs were kept out of the working environment. Their work results exceeded my expectations. I selected the total home package which included the driveway. But our driveway is much bigger than an average driveway. He didnâ t charge us more money. He then went on to clean our wooden deck(3 of them), and the pool deck to boot! All at no additional charge. Then, he cleaned the roof of our gazebo and my wifeâ s art studio. If I didnâ t put a stop to his service, heâ d be cleaning the entire neighborhood! I gave him a $100. tip and tipped his staff. More than well worth it. This gentleman is nothing short of amazing. Unbelievable service at a great value. If ever business operated like Pirate, we all would be better off. Go ahead and hire them; youâ ll never look back...

Our house looks amazing. Had them out because I was getting the house painted. When they got done, I almost cancelled the painting because the house looked new again.

They were my first choice but I couldn't schedule the work within my timeframe.

AAA....CLEANED ROOF, HOUSE, WINDOWS, PAVERS....Grant and his assistants Cal and Jamal were terrific! Grant with his well trained assistants went beyond the call of duty....and not just in protecting my wife's special plants, etc.... I observed them do their work through out the whole job....even cleaning mold off patio chairs and table (they were really grungy...like new now)....that was an unexpected bonus. Cal and Jamal remained behind to tidy up and make sure all was properly cleaned and tidied up. I was reassured by Grant that if there was anything ...."anything"....that I was not happy with to call him... that it would be taken care of iimmediately. I was so pleased with their courtesy and professionalism that I had no problem rounding off my payment to Grant to the next 00$. It was a joy and pleasure to watch them work. HIRE GRANT AND HIS CREW! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! ..... and no... he did not pay me to write this....he just did everything RIGHT! GREAT VALUE!!
