I will first start out by saying Grant was awesome!! On time, fair prices and excellent work. The time for his estimate was noon, he was here at 11:57, my appointment was at 9am and the doorbell rang at 9am on the nose! You don't see many contractors on time these days. Next, the quality of work was awesome. I had the house, fence, driveway and front patio cleaned and it looks amazing! I highly recommend Pirate Softwash

Grant arrived on time to review the work and provided a cost estimate while we discussed the project. I agreed to proceed with the work which included cleaning the tile roof, exterior walls, windows, fencing, driveway pavers and stone walk way. Grant and team arrived on time and finished on time. I received great value for the money. All aspects of the work was first rate. The team was professional,courteous and helpful.

Grant was fantastic great customer service with follow up. Came out cleaned my large roof, walkway and a 200 ft cement block wall. Came back out the second day after the wall dried to do another run of touchups could not be happier. Grant is more concerned with how happy you are than asking you for the money first you do not find businesses like this anymore, what a gem. Don't even waste your time with anyone else.
