Description of Work: They were called to change a double electric light switch with dimmer for our dinning room. We did not give them an overall A because we asked them more than once if we needed to provide the parts and they said" Not" that they would have parts in the truck. When they came they only had one switch and of course they had to come back late in the afternoon(5 P.M.) to finish the job, we had to go and buy the parts needed. They were courteous and on time for the call,they did a good job only they disrupted our plans to go our of town because they did not have the parts like they said they would have and had to come back late in the afternoon. | | |

Description of Work: Raphael changed out my outdoor electrical outlet box, put in two GFI outlets and dug under my sidewalk to create an outlet box on the other side of my yard. He was prompt, polite and efficient. The office did an excellent job of keeping in touch with me regarding the appointment time and the technician's arrival.

Description of Work: Changed a ceiling fan that was easy. They also were able to re-route my cable line in a way which left the room with out a bunch of holes. They installed an outdoor outlet for my electric grill and it looks as it should professionally done. Only issue I have was the new ceiling fan was not hooked up to the wall switch as the light that was there. I can not operate without the remote. I wish they would repair that but I guess I waited to long to ask.
