+ -1 moreWe had them repair duct work, replace ducts and re-route the ducting in an existing commercial building, resurrect a non-working unit and check all three AC systems. They worked for 5 days on the changes. When they were done, we had a quiet, efficient system of AC, split into 3 zones, with programmed thermostats.
Description of Work: I have used this company many times over the years and their professionalism and knowledge is constantly excellent. Instead of looking for the expensive part to replace, or even the whole unit, they diagnose a problem, repair the correct part and everything works the first time. Our bills over the years have been in the under $250 range for almost every repair, many of them less than $100. I can heartily recommend them!

Description of Work: PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL ALL OF MY CONCERNS WERE RESOLVED (STAYED WELL PAST THE QUITING TIME OF MOST LARGE COMPANIES AND NEVER ONCE LOOKED AT THEIR WATCH.) A VERY PERSONAL TOUCH FROM A SMALL AND CAPABLE COMPANY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND WILL BE USING THEM EXCLUSIVELY IN THE FUTURE. YOU WON'T BE SORRY IF YOU CALL THEM.
