+ -1 moreDO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!! They only care about making a sale and will not honor their year warranty. It looks like sadly we are not the first people to have this warranty issue with them as a complaint was also filed with the Better Business Bureau and another Angie’s user had this same issue. They installed a brand new AC system in a home we purchased and It has a 1 year warranty. In the 2 months we have had the house the AC overflowed onto our brand new hardwoods twice. We have had no air on 4 different occasions. They sent an angry technician who refused to listen to anything we had to say he supposedly blew out the line and within 10 days the AC stopped working again. I asked the owner to please come out and take a look at the system. He sent the same unprofessional tech out instead and told me they would not come out again or honor the warranty. They refused to thoroughly diagnose the problem or take responsibility to fix the AC.

+ -1 moreI was happy with them. The serviceman was very nice and cordial. I would like a second opinion to just ensure that there isn't any leaks. I don't want to lose any air conditioning because it's expensive to run throughout the summer. I would use them again in the future!
Description of Work: Patriotic came out and checked my air ducts and all he could find was one loose collar that he tightened. They checked my air conditioning unit, freon and cleaned the coil.

+ -1 moreAs noted above, I'm very satisfied and would definitely use Patriot again.
Description of Work: I used Patriot twice over a period of about two years. On the first call the A/C was not running at all ... the start up capacitor for the fan in the air handler failed. The problem was quickly found and the part was in the truck ... fixed in 30 minutes. On the second occasion the A/C fan was working, but the air from the registers was not cold. The problem was again quickly found to be a bad control wire contact on the roof unit that was easily fixed. Patriot's approach was to get to the problem and fix it. In response to questions about the 12-year-old unit's expected life they indicated that it is a good quality Trane unit and there's plenty of remaining life ... no pitch to buy new equipment.

+ -1 moreFor such a messy job, they were fairly neat. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced, and even unjammed my disposal for me.
Description of Work: Dave and Tom replaced my air handler and moved it down from the attic into a more accessible closet area. They completed the job quickly and without too much mess, considering the very tight space they had to work in and adverse working conditions (handler was never installed properly to begin with).
