+ 0 moreThey had to go up on the roof and snake both main drains. They always do a great job for the best price we've found anywhere. The only draw back is they are not available nights and weekends. The workers are excellent and gave us a lot of helpful advice.
Description of Work: They unblocked all the drains in the house.

Description of Work: We have an ongoing problem. 15+ years ago we did a major renovation on our kitchen. The design was great and we used all high-quality appointments and appliances. However, the designer/project manager chose a rookie plumber for the job. How were we to know? The flood causes the sink to back up and drain onto our floor from under our ice machine. Should it go un-noticed for even a minute or two, it is an epic mess. Pasadena Plumbing is now aware of the issue and comes out every couple years and fixes the problem. They are always the consummate professionals. Call Jim at P/P if you ever need a plumbing job done and done well. (I know what you're thinking...it's just not a problem with a quick fix, believe me, we've inquired, it's a chronic issue)
