I called them for an estimate only. Their representative (Beau) arrived and gave a very comprehensive 2 hour presentation then proceeded to measure our windows and give us the estimate I wanted. When I didn't sign the contract right away he started pressing me with offers of a better price saying that it was guaranteed for one year. When that didn't work, he said that he had to call his boss who then attempted the same tactic. I had Beau tell him that if he pushed one more time he could walk and never grace our door again. That didn't end the hard sell tactics they employ - I got a follow up call purportedly to assess Beau's performance. It ended up with another attempt to get me to buy their product and made me hang up on her. There was yet another push at the hard sell with an email telling me that the one year guaranteed price would expire in three days and I had to rush my acceptance of their price to get it. That drove them right out of consideration for my business and led to this F rating. I have not faced these deceptive and hard sell practices since the last time I had a door-door vacuum cleaner salesperson or when I tried to buy a used car from a sleazy dealership. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHYSTERS!
