It was good. They fixed my ant problem. They were nice, knowledgable and helpful. They knew what kind of ants they were. They spray outside the house. They call me the day before to let me know they will be there the next day.

We've used them ever since we've moved to St. Pete. They always call before they come and always show up on time.

I am happy with their work. I don’t have pests in my house. The workers who come out to do the work for us are professional. I have very good interactions with them.

My husband arranged for Orkin Pest Control treatment. When I had our first child, I insisted that certain forms of pest control deterrent not be used. However, the pest "specialist" totally blew me off and treated against my wishes anyway, even though I was at the house at the time. I still can't figure out what is wrong with these "specialists" because University of Florida's dormitory/graduate and family housing pest treatment specialists only bait now and quit spraying years ago. A newborns neurological development right after birth (my baby was less than 8 weeks old) is key to subsequent development and can be severely hampered by toxins such as those used for pest control. When my Mom came to visit, she pointed out that we might be getting cockroaches in through the pipes that enter the house from the outdoors, located underneath the sink (she could actually see light coming in from outside). This proves that these "specialists" do not care to point out the most obvious means of deterring pests--checking that all holes through which pipes enter the house are sealed so as not to allow pests to enter and exit freely. Once this was fixed, our cockroach population has dwindled. Thus, Orkin Pest Control just wants your money and will not suggest resourceful ways to prevent a pest problem, such as running dilute bleach through a food disposal system to prevent insects from setting up their own breeding program in your very own kitchen. Not to mention the unnecessary chemicals with which they are polluting the environment instead of stopping the insects from entering your haven to being with!
