Description of Work: Repaired duct work. I was happy with the quality and knowledge of the tech. He repaired a lot of duct work that another company had done incorrectly. The arrived on time and finished within the quoted time frame for the quoted price.

 + -1 moreUnit froze up and had no air. Due to my lack of home maintenance, it needed cleaning and freeon.
Description of Work: I started using this company after asking co workers who they used, as my previous A/C person went out of business. Operation Air was recommended and I haven't been disappointed since. They are extremely good about returning phone calls and servicing as soon as possible, usually that day or early the next. They have installed a completely new unit inside and out in the past and except for manufacturer defects, I have not had any problems. I highly recommend this company....they are caring and the costs are reasonable.
