+ -1 moreThe end result looks good, but you will deal with a lot of subcontractors and suppliers along the way. Some were good, but others I wish I could have avoided. You really aren't given a choice. The coordination and communication is poor. Execution was somewhat sloppy requiring follow up to fix issues that should not have occurred in the first place. The duration from order to finished install took a few weeks longer than quoted. Everyone was nice to work with, but I think an overall rating of "FAIR" is accurate for this project.

Description of Work: The people at the company were very helpful and followed through with everything they promised to do. I ordered middle grade cabinets and one of the doors was defective. The company ordered a new one and came out a second time to ensure that the cabinets were adjusted properly. The only part of the process I was disappointed in was the contractor the company recommended. He didn't communicate very well and would say his workers were on the way but then they wouldn't show up for a couple of hours. I think it would have been better to just say that they were on another job and would arrive in the afternoon. It seemed as though he books himself so heavy that he was always on the phone or running from one job too another. There was also a language barrier with some of the workers and this led to misunderstandings at times. They are still working on my project but so far everything looks fine.

Description of Work: It was so bad you wouldn't believe me...but I have the pictures. They came 4 times to redo the redo they previously did.Cheap cabinets..they used top cabinets for base cabinets...they had to take the microwave out 3 times before they fixed it so you could open the microwave door.the countertop is cheap junk that doesn't fit correctly..They took the kitchen apart so many times my cabinets are full of screw holes..my doors are loss...I could keep on going but one picture is worth a thousand words...and I will be glad to share the pictures with anyone interested.

+ -1 moreThey are outstanding to work with. They stand behind their products and they were responsive to me needs. They were also very friendly but I thought their prices were a little high compared to other places where I could have got cheaper granite from.
Description of Work: I used One Stop Kitchens & Baths to help me fix some things in the kitchen. They helped me pick up all the cupboards and installed them in.
