Description of Work: Steve and his team are Rock Stars when it comes to AC repairs. Our system went out prior to Irma and Steve was able to get us back up as soon as we had power. His techs provided me an appointment time and followed up to say they were going to be 10 minutes late due to a delay. They kept me informed of the status.

Called and initially got voice mail, but Steve responded promptly and professionally to let me know he was familiar with the building and its systems, and would be able to make the diagnosis and likely repair the system same day. Called back a few hours later to let me know the service was completed, that only an electrical solenoid needed replacement at this time. Cost $132 total for parts, labor, and service call. I subsequently recommended New Life to a friend who was also having AC trouble and she too was pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Provided emergency repair on A/C unit at a rental property I own.
