+ -1 moreHe uses natural products. I felt very comfortable, he explained everything, he was more than prompt and he was more than willing to stay and answer any question. They do the perimeter of the condo and they came out anytime of the year. 200 dollars is for the whole year. When i call them back, their is no charge for the service. He is very professional and honest.

+ -1 moreI am asthmatic and very allergic. I wanted to go with a Natural product Co. The provider was very knowledgeable and assured me the products would work. He assured me that he would come back as many times as needed but felt one time would last for about a year. So far he has been right. The house has been clear of any bugs/lizzards that would find their way inside. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreI called John while I was out of town and made the appointment. On the day of my appointment, John was punctual, polite, and found the ant trail in no time. He treated the inside of the house and did a specific treatment on the outside of the house because he could see which type of ant had gotten inside.

They are honest, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Their products work and their advice is sound. I rest easy knowing we are not exposed to harmful pesticides.

+ -1 moreClark is great and very professional. He has been involved with the "green" movement for a long time and actually knows other green services within the community as well. I probably pick his brain a little too much for green contacts, but he is always more that happy to pass along information.
Description of Work: Clark has treated my house for 2 years. I do get the occasional roach or ant, but then so do my friends and family that use the larger corporate services. Clark is also very good about retreating anytime it might be necessary. I have kids and pets so it's very important to me to use the least toxic materials available.

+ -1 moreNature?s Safeway Pest & Termite Control is a completely non-toxic pest control company, which is fabulous. They are really nice and professional people. They really know what they are talking about. They thoroughly inspect the house. They are not interested in the bugs that they can see. They are interested in the bugs, which are outside the house. They address the problem from the outside. Ever since we?ve been using them, our house has been clean of bugs, without any pesticides. Their prices are worth it. They were ten minutes early to do the job.

Description of Work: I called them on Tuesday and had a thorough conversation with the owner about my ant problem and he gave me a price and told me what he would be doing. Clarke and John came on Thursday, right on time, and spent a long time doing in and out of the house, including the attic, to get rid of the crazy ant problem I had which he said was in the top 3 of infestations that he had seen. They will keep coming back until the ants are totally gone. He gives you excellent information on what he uses which is all natural products which was important to me since I have animals. The price paid is for the year and as I said, they will come as often as needed during the year. Very professional and easy to talk to about my insect problem.

I have found them to be very helpful and absolutely willing to come back; in fact, they have actually given me suggestions as to when I should call for return service. They are very responsive and polite, and they educate you as they are providing services. They are quite pleasant, and I have been very happy with them.
Description of Work: I have used their annual service for the past 3 or so years. They offer an extensive pest control service, and also return on an as-needed basis.

The guy that comes to our house is very knowledgeable, we had a problem with carpenter ants and ticks, and he knew excatly what to do to get rid of them. My overall experience with this company has been great and I will use them in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were very personable and easy to deal with. They were willing to come out a couple of more times to re-apply the treatment at no extra charge to make sure the problem was taken care of. The product works really well. I am very happy with the results. I was also happy that the treatments are safe enough to not harm my small child and dog.

+ -1 moreMy husband is chemically sensitive, and we are unable to use regular pest control methods. Knowing what we know, I would not recommend that ANYONE use regular pest control methods, but that is another issue. I called Nature's Safeway in hopes that they could come out soon, and in less than a week, Clarke was there. He went over our house thoroughly, and identified several nests of palmetto bugs...ugh...and, since their treatment is guaranteed for one year, if we have a recurrence, they will come back out and retreat at no charge. I highly recommend their services, if you are at all concerned about your health, as well as elimination of pests.
Description of Work: Pest control and baiting throughout entire 5000 sq. foot house.
