+ -1 moreSuperb. I love my Macs but no computer is perfect. The 1st person who came out cost me a fortune and I still had the same problems when he left. So I hunted around and found Neil's business card at the computer store in Tampa. I called him, he came out and fixed it the first time. Piece of cake. AND...he showed me some things I can do myself to maintain my Mac and my data and some troubleshooting tips too! So I guess this makes him a great teacher as well. And you know what they say: "Knowledge is power." Neil's great!
Description of Work: He got my sick Mac running smooth again and got all our machines networked and taught us how to maintain them. A real pro. And he likes what he does.

Description of Work: NEIL GAVE US HELP OVER THE PHONE WITH OUR IMAC, AFTER THE APPLE STORE IN TAMPA HAD INCORRECTLY TOLD US THE HARDDRIVE WAS DEAD AND WE NEEDED A NEW COMPUTER! NEIL DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE FOR HIS ADVICE, SAID TO CALL AGAIN WHEN WE NEEDED HIS PAYING SERVICES , AND WE WILL!!!

+ -1 moreNEIL WAS VERY POLITE AND ARRIVED ON TIME. HE QUICKLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. TECHNICIANS THAT SPECIALIZE IN APPLE COMPUTER PRODUCTS ARE HARD TO FIND. I WILL USE HIS SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: SOLVED A NETWORKING PROBLEM BETWEEN MY APPLE LAPTOP COMPUTER AND ROUTER. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM PREVIOUSLY AND SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH TECH SUPPORT FOR APPLE AND MY ISP.
