+ -1 moreWe have been real estate investors for years and my wife used to be an agent in Washington, so we have had lots of contact with agents. Mike and Judy Baggs are simply the best. They provided us with an online service that gave us complete access to information about all listings--MUCH better than realtor.com. Mike always made himself available to show us houses when we were in town and checked out new listings for us when we were not. He totally respected our wants and needs. He knows the area and community intimately, and he has a great touch working with people--the lender, the title company, the other agents involved, etc.
Description of Work: We were determined to move to Gulfport. Over a period of several months Mike patiently helped us find the perfect house and then get through very difficult negotiations with the sellers. We got the house!
