 + 1 moreThe work was steadily progressed over several weeks. Eric and Jose were pleasant, courteous and worked each day they were on the job till dark. The start of each day was late morning or noon, but they communicated well and seemed truly interested in doing a good job. Eric was transparent on the price of each small project giving me the ability to add or subtract work to be done as my budget allowed. I would use Eric again. He was reliable and thorough, though slow in some aspects, the quality of the job and customer satisfaction seemed more important to him. As a small business owner, Eric had to manage and plan the next job daily which seemed to take a portion of his time. We were in no rush to complete the job, wanting a quality job more so than just getting the job done fast. Eric and Jose met our expectations.
Description of Work: Eric completed an unfinished job of using large rocks to redirect a small stream and prevent erosion while cementing fence posts in place to withstand spring rains. Then he completed re-sodding 75% of the backyard and installing a new drain.
