+ 0 morework 6 weeks he brought paint and materials at first kept making promises that he would pay never saw any money kept stringing us along to do the work more and more work with no pay finally had enough ask to get paid and he kept dragging us on he is a fraud and will not pay do not work for this person if you don't want to get ripped off and feel like killing somebody I am out 3 Grand
Description of Work: work 6 weeks on 6 townhomes on West Bay never got paid don't work for this company he is a fraud you will work for free and then you will never hear from him again watch out

+ 0 moreMuch of the work had to be redone because of the work that did not meet quality standards and was hidden by tile and drywall. Very costly mistake for this homeowner.
Description of Work: Martin's Property Services were hired to upgrade a friends home. Martin's hired subcontractors to assist with the work. During that time the contractors witnessed extremely poor construction methods to the work the Martin's were doing and were directed to take many short cuts to perform the finished work. When the homeowner saw what was being done and addressed the situation, after paying thousands of dollars for the work, Martin's took their tools and left - never paying the contractors who worked to that point.
