our insurance company was looking for upgrades to be done on our property. Lyle knew exactly what was needed and did not inflate the estimate or final cost of the job. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done that same day.
Description of Work: Lyle was prompt and efficient. Very personable and easy to work with. Cost was very reasonable - in fact I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has electrical needs.

WHEN THE WORKERS WERE HERE, THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND NICE. BUT THEY LEFT TWICE WITHOUT TELLING ME THEY WERE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS LEFT TO BE DONE. I HAD TO CALL THEIR BOSS AND HE TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY HE KNEW THEY HAD NOT RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB WAS BECAUSE I CALLED HIM. LATER, HE TOLD ME ONE WAS OUT SICK AND COULD NOT RETURN FOR A FEW DAYS. THE ONLY TIME THEY COULD RETURN TO FINISH THE JOB WAS 8:00 AM. I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON AND SO WAS NOT REALLY SUPERVISING THEM THEN. THEY FINISHED UP THE WORK OF INSTALLING A COUPLE SENSOR SAFETY LIGHTS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE BUT DID IT WRONG. WHEN I CALLED THEIR BOSS AND LEFT A MESSAGE, HE SAID HE'D CALL ME BACK. HE SHOWED UP IN PERSON TO FIX IT. WHEN SOMEONE TELLS ME TO EXPECT A CALL, I WANT A CALL. WHEN SOMEONE TELLS ME A JOB WILL TAKE TWO DAYS, I EXPECT 2-3 DAYS. NOT PHONE TAG FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH. FOR SMALLER JOBS, THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE OKAY. BUT FOR LARGER - I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: LONG STORY SHORT - NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT WAS DONE BUT THE COMMUNICATION WAS VERY LACKING. THE WORKMEN ROB AND SEAN LEFT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO WORD ON WHEN THEY WOULD RETURN. I HAD TO CALL THEIR BOSS LYLE TO GET INFORMATION. I HIRED THEM TO DO A GENERAL UPGRADE ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OF MY HOUSE. THEY CHANGED THE 50 YEAR OLD FUSES TO A CIRCUIT BREAKER AND UPGRADED FROM 150 AMP SERVICE TO THE HOUSE TO 200 AMPS. THERE WERE ALSO SEVERAL LITTLE PROJECTS TO BE DONE SUCH AS CREATING NEW CIRCUITS FOR THE WATER HEATER AND VARIOUS OTHER APPLIANCES. MANY GROUNDED OUTLETS WERE ADDED (THE HOUSE HAD TWO WHEN I MOVED IN) FOR SAFETY. GFI RECEPTACLES WERE ADDED FOR SAFETY IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TWO DAY JOB. IT STRETCHED OUT INTO THREE WEEKS.
