Twice we spoke to Lynn about cleaning services with confirmed day and time appointments to schedule service dates and price. Twice we were stood up with NO prior calls to let us know she's unavailable. We stupidly initiated a second call to her after she never showed for the first scheduled appointment. The excuse was that she lost our phone number. In this day and age of phone technology, all incoming and outgoing phone numbers are listed in your cell phone. Strange, but OK, we'll try again. We called her a second time and scheduled a second CONFIRMED,and quot; I promise to be thereand quot; appointment....AND....AGAIN a NO SHOW. No phone call. No nothing. The following day after the second NO SHOW she called our cell phone (funny, this time she had our number) and told us that she was way too busy to take on any more business because her allergies were acting up and she was overwhelmed with rental properties. HELLO....you couldn't have told us this before making a second appointment and conveniently for her, wasting our time. It appears the power of Angie's list has granted Lynn so much success that it has overtaken Lynn's ability to perform as a business owner who prides herself on conducting herself properly. .

Lynn did a great job and has a wonderful attention to detail. Can you believe she even cleaned/dusted under the beds. It was so nice to come home to a clean sparkling fresh home. Lynn is a very professional woman and takes pride in her job! We have scheduled for her to return bi-weekly. Thank's Lynn!!
