Let's Get Moving

Two trucks, for men. They worked their tails off for 8 hrs. My daughter bought them pizza for lunch and water all day. They barely took a couple of minutes for lunch. This is a great company We were referred by a friend on our last move and they have done a great job both times... Priced competitively, Friendly, Moved all of our belongings twice and nothing was scratched or broken. We have some heavy furniture and they made everything look easy.

Movers came at scheduled time, and decided they didnt have enough time to move out items, even though I was thorough in describing the job. When I asked if they would at least move the large items of furniture they declined and left. I called A-1 Affordable and they came out and helped us with our move, they saved the day.

It was an excellent experience. The quote was perfectly accurate, the team showed up right on time, then beat me to the destination. I was able allow them access remotely until I could get there and they kept the process going in my absence. I would hire these guys

I have never used a moving service but since having back surgery I had to this time. Let's Get Moving totally exceeded my expectations. The guys made my move a breeze. They were fast, efficient and caring. I highly recommend them.

Frank and Billy arrived on time, well actually a little early, and were very professional. I was moving from a 2nd floor condo to another 2nd floor condo and they packed and unpacked the truck in a timely fashion. Plus, they were very careful with my antique furniture, ensuring they were wrapped well for transport. I am extremely happy with the service provided and will recommend Let's Get Moving to others.

Demian, Pat and Frank were incredible ! I had electricians all over the house that I am selling and they worked around them easily. They packed all of my things in the truck with the care as if the items were their own. NOTHING broke.... NOTHING got lost in the journey ! They were well humored and made the move easy for me !

I love Let's Get Moving!!! I have used them for every move since they started as a small company with only the owners (Total of 4 times in 10 years). They are always professional, timely, and make moving a breeze. I would recommend them for any move. You don't have to unpack your dresser or event take your clothes off the hangers. It is great knowing they will do all of the heavy lifting for you and set up in your new home. It is worth every penny and whenever I move again I will definitely use them. My moving team this time was Scott and Robert who were excellent. They got right to work and I even saved an hour on my estimate.

Scott and Aaron were awesome. They took excellent care of our possessions and came in under the estimate and our budget.

They were great through every step of the process and I would definitely use them again. They came out to our house to inspect our items and provide an in person estimate. On the scheduled day of the move they arrived bright and early and got right to work. In fact, work was what the team did all day long. You pay by the hour and they for sure work every second of every hour - very impressive work ethic. But as important they wrap everything, taking great care and maintaining constant communication as they progress. They drive straight to the destination and jump right in with no lunch break (we were hungry so we grabbed some pizza for all of us!). They put everything were you want it and reassemble whatever needs to be reassembled. Great customer service. Another EXCELLENT move by Lets Get Moving. This is a great company and I have used them a few times now over several years and I wouldn’t move with anyone else. They are careful, considerate and professional. Not a scratch or dent on anything. I have recommended them a few times to folks needing movers. Best part they are also very reasonable. You can pay by credit card or check which is another plus.

Quincy responded to my request in 5 minutes, and that was just the beginning he was all over making sure we were taken care of. They showed up on time and ready to go. They were done in no time, and we could not have been happier. We will use them again anytime we need anything moved.

The move went well with only some damage to some wardrobe boxes. No items were damaged. The men were outstanding. My only complaint is the price change.

The movers were very nice and polite, they coordinated the move that needed to happen overnight because of closing dates and times. I would not have any complaints except I have found damages to different pieces of my furniture that happened from the move. Not a lot but enough for me to notice. Since I had some pieces that were less than perfect anyway I can live with it but if you have valuable furnishings I might look somewhere else. Otherwise they would get a better rating.

EXCELLENT!! We couldn't have asked for better service. Scott, Robert and Brian did an outstanding job and are true professionals. We feel very lucky to have had them with us during this move. Paul came by the house within 24 hours of contacting to provide an estimate and coordinate the move. I appreciated this over the on-line only quotes since he was able to point out things I could do to save costs on the move. The moving team (Scott, Ben, & Robert) came and packed one day and moved the next. They were very professional and worked quickly. During the moving process there was some minor things that happened (e.g. shaky bed assembly, ding on the wall, etc.) Let's get moving took my call seriously and sent a team less than 5 business hours after I sent them an email to resolve the issue. Quinn and Ben (same person involved in the move) showed up and walked through the issues and fixed them. It was really nice to see that the team sent someone involved in the move so he could provide context on what occurred. Quinn and Ben were perfectionists and even fixed a ding on the wall that I told them wasn't their fault. Quinn mentioned that he had the equipment out and it only took him an extra few minutes. (I wish I could provide a higher than an A rating for this type of service) Finally, the bill... We took Paul's advice and did some things to expedite the moving process. The advice taken and the efficiency of the team helped the final bill come in approximately $300 less than the quote. Bottom line: If you're looking for a painless move with peace of mind that you will be taken care of... Let's Get Moving is the company to work with.

The day original move day had to be rescheduled due to the sellers changing the move in date, with one weeks notice. Let's Get Moving had no problem accommodating the change. One the move date, August 1st, we had incurred tropical storm Emily. It was the worst days I have ever moved in. The movers tried their best to keep everything dry but the rain was so severe we had to stop. The movers, Scott, Robert, and Mike worked extremely hard using multiple blankets and shrink wrap to protect our furniture. It became apparent that we couldn't continue due to the weather conditions. Scott contacted the office to ascertain our options. They gave us an hour rain delay, at no charge. After the hour the rain continued, unfortunately the schedule demanded that we had to finish that day. I decided to pay for an additional 2 hours delay. Finally the weather slowed and the movers packed the truck at an amazing pace; keeping their standards of professional ism and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. I have moved many times throughout the past 30 years, twice interstate; have had some horrible experiences. Let's Get Moving had a great crew. Scott, Robert, and Mike showed that experience is the main ingredient in anything you do. Their level of expertise in their job showed, which made a difficult day much easier. They started at 8am but didn't finish until after 9pm. They worked extremely hard and smart. I would use them again for any move; I have never recommended a moving company before because of the past experiences.
