Not very professional if you ask me.. I don't recommend having your belongings handled this much. Go with a co. where they put it in pods and keep it safe in their warehouse and only handle it twice instead of 4 times.
Description of Work: Long story, but you should read this one. 2 part move beginning 12-18-11 on this date they packed us up on 2 trucks at our request, nice... Most of the movers were nice , we put our brand new belongings in their hands . We were told by Matt , who came out to give us our quote, that they will warranty and replace anything that may get damaged. These guys that packed us up started off in good moods , by the end of the day they were in a hurry and pitching things in boxes not labeled or padded. Did not listen , packed things that were not to be moved. After a long day they drove off with our whole house in 2 trucks and did not give us any paperwork . I was frantic, calling to let them know , hoping in the morning they will deliver to my storage unit . They reassured me it will arrive safely to my destination. And it did, arrive safe, but the guy putting the furniture into the unit was careless and not professional, scratching, denting , breaking things and not telling us of course. Our 4Tvs were not in a box or wrapped just sitting in the floor uncovered, and they were moved on the truck this way. WOW ...... We paid them for the first half of the move and locked the doors. Here is where things get out of hand, on june 13-12 they came loaded the units back onto the trucks and in doing so we found some of our damages, mind you this is all new furniture and decorations. My baby yellow dresser had black stains over the entire top where a blanket was put , footboard as well? A canvas painting was dented in , leg off my leather sofa and black greasy finger marks all over, plants and flowers damaged. Now we get to my new home, finding boxes not labeled was chaos , they scratched walls bringing stuff in and upon opening our Waterford crystal and ceramics I finally lost it....BROKEN!!!!!!!!! These things can't be replaced down at walmart, or the mall, dizzy and faint I started crying and threw a fit.... I knew this would happen... I called Quinn , he listened to me scream and cry, And in my anger , I said I may not pay the bill if all of my stuff was damaged, he told his guys to shut the truck doors and if we didn't settle for cash right then , they would drive off with the rest of our things and for re-delivery there would be an additional fee. That scared me so bad , I accepted, my husband had to go to the bank ,luckily they were open that late , paid the settlement in cash up front, and they finished the job. There were a couple of guys on this move that were kind , and seemed to care. Thanks to them. I really hate that I had to write this review, but when we were shopping for movers we went to Angie's list and trusted we were going be satisfied and happy making a educated decision. But we had bad luck on this one.
