Let's Get Moving

They were punctual, attentive and expeditious. It was a rather last minute move and quite stressful for me but they put me at ease and made me feel like it was no problem. They had 2 guys moving and they were able to move everything within the time frame quoted even though they were unaware of my apt being on the third floor and no elevator. I appreciated everything they did and they had very good attitudes throughout my whole ordeal.

From start to finish this could not have been better. The estimate process was easy and I could tell they knew what they were doing. The 4 man crew showed up on time. They were clean, professional and did a great job. This was not an easy move. We were going from 2,800 square foot home to a 1,900 square foot condo on the 25th floor. The crew was a pleasure to work with and they didn't ding one thing. In spite of having to use a the elevator to get us up to the 25th floor, they finished right on time, and they even helped us move some furniture around at the end when my wife changed her mind about how she wanted the furniture positioned. They were right on the estimate. I would use them again without any hesitation.

I had several bad experiences with moves. We've moved 3 times in last 3 years. Bob was professional when he came to our house to give quote. Was a little early so I had plenty of time to get to work. They called Sat. before move to confirm. On day of move they called to say they were on there way. Showed up on time. Bill, George & Mike were very nice and experieced. They knew exactly what they were doing. Everything went very smoothly and no stress! I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Carol McClarnon

It went very well. From my initial call with Quinn to set up our move-in date to having Warren and his nephew, Nathan, help us move, it was a great experience. They were very polite and helpful. It even started to lightly rain during the move and they were polite enough to wrap our couch and loveseat in plastic wrap after we asked them to continue. They had to maneuver large furniture into tight areas and up two flights of stairs. My fiancee and I would definitely use Let's Get Moving again in the future.

I had to move for health reasons from an upstairs to a downstairs residence in another city. Due to the aforementioned health issues, I needed them to pack for me too, right down to my toothbrush. They did a thorough job quickly and were very solicitous of my physical well-being as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company.

Crew of two (Warren and Eddie) called 30 minutes prior to arrival to give us a heads up and arrived before the scheduled appointment time. They were fantastic and completed the move with no damage to any furniture. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire day. Would highly recommend.

I'm an active duty officer with several moves under my belt. 'Let's get moving' is hands down the best moving company that I have worked with/observed. Employees are very courteous, respectful, and hard-working - more than reasonable price. Use them, you won't be disappointed. They went above and beyond.

We needed help in packing a 26' U-haul truck for a 500 mile move. We had a lot of belongings in a 2000sq/ft house. Warren and Brian were sent to pack our truck. We did all the packing of the boxes and all the prep work but Brian and Warren loaded the truck. Brian and Warren were on time, very professional, and very skilled at what they do. Every square centimeter of the truck was utilized. They made sure every piece of furniture was protected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It went very poorly. I was told by Bob Kroeger of LGM that my shipment would be picked up between 8:00 and 10:00 A.M. of May 31st. When no one showed up on time, I called LGM and was told the truck might have been delayed due to heavy use of the scales. but that it should arrive "soon". Shortly thereafter I got a call from some one who identified himself as a driver for Don Farr Trucking out of Pittsburg, PA. He said he was taking the shipment and would arrive by 3:00 P.M. which he did. The driver and his assistant packed the goods, but left behind several items that were supposed to go and took several things which were to stay. They DID NOT mark the boxes with the contents. When I arrived I had to open everything in order to determine the contents. I ultimately spent more than $100 getting the contents to their appropriate destinations. After I unpacked and hooked up my computer, I found out that the hard drive had been damaged and that quite a bit of software had been permanently lost. My repair bill was almost $200. I called Don Farr's claim line and was sent papers to complete that are impossible to do. They ask for inventory numbers which no one advised me would be necessary previously. I kept no record of these things. They ask for present value of the computer and original cost. How am I supposed to know what the current value is? From what I understand of the instructions provided with the claim papers, they pay claims based an the weight of the items and of the shipment. So, it looks like I've had a $300 lesson. I thought I was going to deal with Let's Get Moving throughout the move, but they act like they don't seem to have any responsibility. .

There is excellent communication with this company via e-mail and telephone from the moment they are contacted to arrange a move until the final piece of furniture is moved to its destination. An estimator visits the house one is moving from and visits the house to be moved into. The estimate was close to the actual statement. Brian, Patrick, Warren, and Eddie showed up at our house on time, with 2 trucks, which were pre-arranged via estimator, and got to work immediately. They brought their own tools to disassemble the beds. They provided excellent service in a professional manner, and accepted any request which we asked of them. Thank-you Brian, Patrick, Warren, and Eddie! Moving can be a hectic experience, but, this day was pain free for us because of "Let's Get Moving". I would definitely hire this company again.

From the initial meeting for a quote to move to moving our entire house, the interaction and customer service with Let's Get Moving was great. Our movers (Paul, Warren and Bill) arrived on time and did a great job of getting everything moved. Everything arrived in perfect condition, our items were placed in the proper places and all our furniture was put back together. The guys were so nice and friendly; they really made our move an easy one!! We would definitely use Let's Get Moving again and will recommend to others.

This was the third time I have used them in a month. The last move was do e by Allen, Eddision and Warren. These gentlemen were extremely careful not to scratch the new floors. On all occasions the assigned staff has been exemplary in their work. Will definitely call them the next time I need a mover.

Everything went very well, the movers were extremely effecient and they used two trucks because of the amount of furniture we had. They stored it for 7 weeks and on the day I needed it, were here at 10 a.m. with two more trucks. They didn't take breaks and weren't on the phone, they just worked.

Had three guys. All worked extremely hard the entire time. They were very professional and courteous. You cannot go wrong with this company.This is the third time I have used them in a year. Each time they were perfect.

* They called about an hour before the scheduled appointment to confirm the place and time. They were supposed to meet me at the apartment at 8am and they were right on time, (appreciated). * The price included the truck, equipment and 2 guys to move everything, both were very friendly and professional. * Had them move the heavy furniture, etc., took them right around 2 hours to load and unload everything. Both of the guys hustled and got the job done. If they're paid by the hour you wouldn't know it. * They put everything where we wanted it and reassembled the beds for us too. * Ultimately if we move again or know someone that is, we'd use this service again or recommend it to someone else.

Great! They were the best movers I have ever had and I have moved a lot. They came early and got started right away. There was no messing around! They packed and unpacked everything at my new place in a little over 2 hours! Impressive.

Never again will I fear moving day. From my first phone call to Matt and his on site estimate and followup to the actual event, Let's Get Moving exceeded my perception of a stress-free experience. Bill, Paul and James were on time, courteous, and careful to the extreme. Not only did they quickly and smoothly disassemble several wall units, their care and confidence with my beloved piano, the source of much of my fear, was extraordinary. Let's Get Moving is white glove treatment to the extreme.

We scheduled the move with one days notice. James and Allen arrived on time and did a great job.

They were on time and I was amazed on how fast they worked. We originally thought the job would take approximately 6 hours, but they were done in 4. The crew was very courteous and professional.

The move went a lot better than what we had anticipated. The crew was here this morning before 8 am, as promised. They were done by 12:30, less than the estimated time. They understood the task and our priorities very quickly. Absolutely no damage or mishap. I can't say enough about this crew. Their attitude was positive at all times. They were professionals, in appearance and in their work. At the end of the move, the leader asked us repeatedly if we needed anything else done. The final invoice was less than the estimate. It was a pleasure to have them move our home - and that was a huge relief.

I have to say that this was the fourth time that I used Let's Get Moving Co. and every time I contacted them for help moving,they did everything to help me meet my needs. They asked when it would be best for me, and were very understanding about my finances at that time and went above and beyond in helping me with that as well. I also needed all of my items small,large,fragile,and everything in between separately wrapped. I never had one thing broken in any of my moves. Let's Get Moving are the only movers I will ever use.They felt more like friends with my best interest at heart. I will be moving again in four months,( for the 5th time) and as stressful as moving can be, I know that this will go just as smooth and easy as it did all the other times.
