Terrific. Fast, efficient, and safe. The two guys, Warren and Randy, knew exactly what they were doing, worked hard, and got the job done. And they had a good sense of humor. I recommend them to anyone.

I booked the service. They came to the house on time. Three Guys were there. The first thing they said that the price which was quoted on the phone was not correct. and they asked me to pay $20.00 more per hour. One of the guys were so lazy, he did not do anything. I had to help the other two guys with the move. Will never use them again and suggest everyone reading this review not to use them either. Good luck with your move.

Warren and Andy arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Made a pickup at our house then on to storage shed where the rest of the things were. there they loaded up rest of belongings and also helped husband put the rest of the stuff back in storage shed as some of it was heavy. they arrived quickly to apartment St Pete unloaded in timely manner helped set up bed and with furniture placement. These guys were great! We have moved different children many times to apartments over the years best experience we ever had - and they charged exactly what they had quoted!!! Will definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

They were very professional and there was not one broken item in the entire move. They scheduled and they followed up confirming the schedule.

The work was done in the timeframe estimated. Charges were guaranteed and spot on. Movers were careful, respectful and kind. I am impressed and totally happy with service provided!

It was an excellent experience from the beginning. They arrived 8 minutes EARLY. How about THAT for a moving company? Both movers were courteous, thoughtful and paid great attention to the care of my furniture. They packed the second storage unit with gentle creativity in order to get everything in, thus saving me an additional expense for a third unit. The move of the recliner was uneventful, going according to plan. Great team!!!!

Best movers we have ever used (Bill and Pedro). Very professional and extremely hard and fast movers. I was amazed at the way our 10x 12 storage unit was packed! Not an inch was spared. It was like a huge puzzle where they had the expertise to make every piece fit. Will definitely use the company again, and ask for the same men in the near future. Excellent!

I have moved probably over 20 times in my life. This moving company is by far the best I've ever used. Quinn answered the phone when I called for the initial discussion. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. I have a lot of furniture that my father built, so there was a lot of sentimental value in making sure the pieces were not damaged during the move. They accommodated my requested scheduled move date, even though it was short notice. They showed up promptly on the day of the move ready to start. All 4 men were very nice and friendly. They were all very experienced, and I even learned a few things about moving that I didn't know after 20 moves! They took great care with the furniture and boxes. They were faster than I had ever seen before too. They were not rushing, but they were just very efficient in how they worked. Unloading at the new house was equally efficient. They put all the furniture back together that they had disassembled. They checked with me to make sure that I was happy with how things were done and where they located each piece of furniture. They went out of their way to measure and make sure that certain pieces of furniture were centered on the wall, etc. I could not have asked for nicer, more responsive, careful, and friendly movers! I will definitely use them when I move again, and recommend them to anyone else needing to move! Thanks.

On day of move, received a call that the movers got a late start and would be an hour late. Movers arrived, packed remaining unpacked furniture, china, various household items. The movers were hard workers and did not waste time. The chief problem was that initially the sales representative assured me emphatically they movers knew how to disassemble and reassemble German-made large wall units, or schranks. He claimed they moved military from MacDill AFB often and knew all about moving European-made wall units. When the movers arrived, it turned out they had never seen one before. (Not their fault; they were as unprepared and surprised as I was). If any other employees knew about this type of furniture, they were not present. One of the movers had some experience with wall units and took the lead in disassembly, packing, and reassembly. There was no lack of effort on the movers' part, but none were familiar with this type of furniture. It took 3-4 hours at the destination to reassemble the wall unit, and even then, the cabinet door hinges were improperly adjusted, and required adjustment by a furniture repair professional, incurring another expense for me. Overall, the movers were hard-workers, were willing and able to position furniture where requested, and reassembled beds, bookcases, etc. but were totally unprepared for the German-made schrank. Despite the extra time spent trying to reassemble the wall unit, the total charge was as estimated. Apart from the problem with reassembling the wall unit, they did a very satisfactory job.

The owner suggested that instead of making this a 2 day ordeal, I should do it all in one day. He said he knew his men could manage to do it all in one day. Other than a misunderstanding in timing, everything went very well. The men were very professional, dressed very neatly & very polite. Upon arrival, they asked for an overview of what I needed before they started. There were several items I wanted loaded to come off first & they complied without a hitch. They were very careful with all the furniture & everything arrived without a scratch. At the final destination, I wanted things unloaded in a certain order & everything was done as requested. Although it was more expensive than I normally pay for moving furniture, I wanted professional service & it was precisely what I got. They were sure to put everything where I wanted it. I would definitely use them again.

We had arranged for a team of three to move all of our furniture, appliances and boxed items. Warren, Pedro and Tom arrived promptly at 8AM as agreed and set right to work. There was no wasted time, and what we thought would be an all day process took less than four hours total from pick-up to delivery. They were polite, professional and wasted not a moment. Even when the box spring in the guest room wouldn't fit up the stairwell, they didn't skip a beat and found a way to pass it up to the second floor from the outside via a balcony. We couldn't have been more pleased. Nothing was damaged and they came in way below what we had budgeted for the move.

The move went well. We were their 3rd move of the day but you couldn't tell. They (Brian and Shane) still had the energy as if we were their first move. Brian and Shane got here around 1pm and we were finished by 4:30pm. This included the 1/2 hour drive to the new location. There was some confusion as to what time they would arrive at the home being moved. Originally our window was 12pm-2pm which it still ended up being. We had requested an earlier move if they received a cancellation so we received two different calls stating they would be there first at 8am and then10am. We waited until 10:30am before calling to find out it had gone back to the original time window of 12pm-2pm. Other than the time changes the move went very well and Brian and Shane were hardworking, friendly and professional.

This is the second time I used Lets Get Moving; both times they did excellent work and did not break/damage anything. They were about 1-hour late; however they called in advance. I would not hold being late against them since every move is different and like myself, most people are unsure of where they want their furniture placed. Five minutes here and there adds up. Professional service, would use them again.

Awesome service. Their teams were prompt and professional. They took great care with our belongings and our house as they were moving items in. They were a joy to work with and would use again anytime. Although I hope not to move again for a while!

Five-star service! Paul (scheduler), Emil and Pedro (driver/movers) made this quick and easy. Having spent a career in the Air Force, we moved 10 times in 19 years, so we've seen the best and the worst of services provided by moving companies. There's no need to look further than Let's Get Moving for your move. My experience started with a phone call to Paul in their dispatch office to get an estimate. Friendly and courteous, Paul took an over the phone survey of what I needed moved and offered several dates and times to fit my schedule. Paul worked with me to find a time that would feet my needs and informed me of their policies and detailed what to expect in the days coming up to the move. My questions were all answered to my satisfaction (which weren't many because we've done this so many times and Paul's explanation on their services was so thorough). This was done under 10 minutes...easy phone call. Two days prior to the move, just as promised, I was contact by the scheduled driver/pick up crew to make sure the scheduled times were still good and that the moving crew had the correct pick up address. One day prior to the move, we unexpectedly had to admit my mother into the hospital which resulted in me calling Paul back to let him know that I was not sure if I could be available for the day we had scheduled. No problem, Paul went right back into his scheduling book and found me a new date and time within seconds. Again, two days prior to the new move date, Paul called to make sure everything was on schedule and asked how my mother was doing. Nice. Day of the move. The crew (Emil and Pedro) showed up a few minutes early and did a quick survey of what was to me moved. Emil made sure I was comfortable with what they were going to do and within minutes items were rolling out the door. Professional and polite, they moved quickly taking care of both our items and the walls and doorways...no dings, marks, or scratches on the way out the door. Emil made sure our mattress was properly protected and he and Pedro made sure not to put any unnecessary stress on the mattress (like bending it around a corner). Before leaving, the crew confirmed they had the right delivery address and we were gone. They arrived at my house a few minutes after me and while Pedro began unstrapping the trucks contents (which were securely fastened for transit), Emil did a quick walk through with us to ensure he knew where we wanted all the items placed. Again, care was taken to make sure the walls were not dinged and nothing was dropped, they also made certain they would not damage our rugs with their dolly. So, I sat back and let them do all the work. They finished in short order and I was signing the paperwork to see them out the door. As it turned out, they finished sooner than their anticipated time and deducted the difference from the original estimate. Additionally, a couple of pieces delivered were going over to our neighbors, no problem, no complaints...Emil and Pedro moved those pieces showing the same care with our neighbor's house as they had shown ours. Very, very happy with the service provided. Strongly recommend if you have a few items or an entire household to move, make these guys your first call. You'll be glad you did.

They showed up on time and ready to work. The 2 movers who helped us were super friendly and hardworking. They were scheduled originally to help us move out of our 2 separate apartments and into our new house, so we had reserved them for 5 hours. We noticed early on that the move would require more time. They made arrangements to stay and help us for the rest of the day and they made several trips back to the apartments which was incredibly helpful. If thy had not stayed to help we would have had to rent a truck on our own and with me being 7 months pregnant at the time that was not something we wanted to do. We were thrilled that they changed their schedules and helped us finish our move. We would highly recommend this company and we would definitely use them again,

Matt and Warren the two men who handled the move did a great job. I felt really secure in seeing how well they wrapped my furniture some of which we placed in storage

We used Let's Get Moving to move to our new home. All of the employees, from booking to job completion, were very professional and helpful. It was easy to schedule the move and they arrived on time. The movers worked quickly and carefully. They were very polite and considerate with our belongings. They worked efficiently and were done in a timely manner. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

They were excellent from the initial phone conversation and estimate. The cost was very reasonable, their staff were on time, very professional and did an excellent job. Nothing damaged, no problems no issues. I would not only use them again but have recommended them to several friends.

Excellent experience. Totally professional in every aspect: accurate estimate, great job packing, not a single item was damaged when delivered. My previous move with another company was a nightmare but these guys were amazing and far exceeded my expectations - restored my faith in movers. Also, these guys work very well together and really want to please.

They did good. We had one small issue. They were really fast and we got everything out. We did go overtime.

When I called for an estimate, they told me their charges accurately and also gave me an estimated size of the storage unit I would need. They reconfirmed the day before the move. They arrived on time. the men were efficient and polite. I would recommend them.

Movers were scheduled to arrive at 2pm. I called at 3:30 to ask for an ETA and was told that they were running late and would arrive no later than 4:30pm. Movers did not actually arrive until after 5:30pm and did not start work until around 6pm. Work was estimated to last around 2 hours for the entire move and I was prepared to pay for this work; however, work lasted over 4 hours total. Movers were clean and professional, very pleasant; however, I will not use this service again.

Long day. Had a lot of stuff - just barely fit in two truckloads.
