Description of Work: LANCE HAS NOT CONTACTED ME IN 9 WEEKS AND I HAVE LEFT MANY MESSAGES. LANCE MADE MANY PROMISES AND DID NOT KEEP THEM, ALSO WOULD CHARGE FOR WORK NOT DONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HIS PERFORMANCE. ALSO RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY NEIGHBOR AND HE HAS NOT MAINTAINED THEIR YARD.
