Pete did some painting at a house we were renting. He did a very good job and we really liked him. Our landlord, an electrician who had worked with Pete on previous occasions, highly recommended him as a contractor. When we bought our house, we wanted to do an extensive remodel and renovation. We asked three contractors for bids and Pete's bid was the lowest. He began the remodel - which included tearing out a previously existing bathroom and enlarging it, moving interior walls between two bedrooms, building a walk-in closet, building a laundry room, installing two windows, laying hardwood floors in half of the house, and painting the entire interior of the house. He began the work in early May and it ended up taking about four months to complete. Part of this time was waiting for inspections and for his sub-contractors to complete their work. Pete does wonderful work. He almost completely rebuilt the interior in half of our house and built a completely new laundryroom in part of the garage. He did beautiful tile work in the bathroom. The hardwood floors, he laid, look great. He repaired pre-existing termite damage to one of the base floors. His sub-contractor team included a carpenter, electrician, plumber, air-conditioning and stucco specialists. They all did good work. Some of them were a little slow completing their jobs, due to the fact that they were in great demand. We highly recommend Pete as a contractor and, of course, as a painter. He is very friendly, honest and reliable.

Pete does a great job although sometimes it's hard to reach him. His tile work is beautiful.

Pete and his father, who was down visiting him, came on time, covered the furniture completely (and there was a considerable amount of it), got the work done two days early and cleaned up their work. They painted a large, large living room/TV nook, three bedrooms, two and a half baths (taking down wall paper too), three hallways, eight closets, a kitchen, and a furnace room. He removed bathroom mirrors and then replaced them after he was done painting.

Great--Pete was in and out in the time he said that he would be and the job looked terrific then and still does now.

Excellent - we love to show our Kitchen off. Pete was there to help us select colors, etc and brought it all together for us. He has a knack for choosing colors and paying attention to the fine details that so many people miss. We bought out Cabinets from a cabinet specialist and Peter did the installation of those cabinets. The kitchen store we bought the cabinets from came to view the installation and was so impressed with the quality, they wanted Peter's name and contact information. Peter installed the backsplash, the appliances, painted the ceilings, walls and trim. Measured, cut and installed the crown moulding, lighting selection and installation. Pete also installed the flooring. Very professional and actually has a WORK ETHIC meaning he shows up and works (he is not on his cell phone all day or goofing around - a problem we have had with other contractors). We will definitely use him again. We have recommended him to family and friends.

.Our kitchen remodel was completed in 3 weeks time.Our bathrooms took approximately 6 weeks.

Pete did a terrific job. He showed up when he said he would, and he completed the job on time. He is very professional, neat and polite.
